I got it a day earlier ! And it was a little scratched from the top but it’s so worthy buying especially since I got it in a (fair) condition the screen and everything else was ok and worked perfectly fine really recommend and will be buying again thank you !!!

The S21 is great. I had no problem transferring inforamtion form old phone. It moves much aster than my old phone. I love texting on it. I hae not figure the incoming call and call waiting yet but I am sure it will be not problem. Excellent phone even though it is refurbished. I will buy other things fro Back Market.

Great purchase on my end, I was still using the S9 before this so it was due for retirement unfortunately, still love my S9 though. This S21 is better in several ways. even being refurbished. it charges in a bit over an hour, the back is plastic so you don't need to worry about the phone flexing in your pocket and cracking, an issue I ran into with my old S9 partly because I procrastinated getting a case. The cameras on this are great, the quality is nice, and I'm not sure which processor it uses but it runs really smooth. It's got the average 60 hertz display and the fast and snappy 120 hertz display that you can cycle through, 9/10 phone imo

The phone was in excellent condition. I had no issues swapping phones and have run across no glitches. I am very pleased. As someone who doesn't need the newest item, just a good functioning one, I am pleased to find a place I can find refurbished items without worry.

This is the 2nd Samsung smartphone we bought from Back Market. This Samsung Galaxy S21 5g Unlocked 256gb was listed as Fair condition and besides the few scratches on the back of phone, you would have never known it was a refurbished phone.

I was skeptical About buying a refurbished model but everything turned out great.The phone is an awesome condition.And it came with a screensaver already on the phone. There was no problems in updating the phone or getting it programmed correctly.

So I tell you what I bought this phone of a back market for about $250 tops for shipping and everything anyway I'm pretty satisfied but I understand if this is a used phone and there are some trade offs anyway phone wasn't perfect condition not a scratch not a blemish nothing perfect physical condition the only thing I could complain about with this phone because I feel like you can see the screen was replaced and when it's completely black you notice a little smudge underneath the glass which is understandable because it is refurbished phone which means screen could have been broken before but you only noticed this when it's fully black when you have a full black screen also I don't know what charger is I'm using exactly but I noticed that it fast charges at first and then goes to Regular chart realistically fast charge only saves you 20 minutes from regular charge other than that software has been spectacular exactly what you would expect from a Flagship Galaxy device your phone is great it is meant to do what it does and does it well also I noticed a little nitpickio though is that when you use Snapchat and you zoom in for the first time and you zoom out there's a slight lag so ...
