    This is the third item I have purchased from back market. I truly don't foresee ever buying electronics brand new again. The phone came in record time, in stellar condition. You would truly never know it was refurbished. It works great, I have had zero problems with anything I've purchased from back market and the Galaxy s23 Ultra was no different.

    it's amazing I can get a working functioning refurbished phone for so much less than a new one. the only problem I had with my s23 ultra was the screen doesn't shut off when I put it to my ear. but that's manageable. there were no scratches with an excellent condition.

    I was skeptical buying a refurbished phone. I chose Back Market because they have a great warranty. I bought a S23 Ultra and it is in perfect condition. It came with a charger. I am happy with my choice.

    I bought the same phone in the "fair" condition for $50 less and the quality of the 'good' compared to the 'fair' is basically the same.. not worth spending $50 more for more scratches on the screen and dirt and crap all in the crevasses,, the 'fair' quality had no scratches on the screen, just a dent and some scratches on the sides, wasn't dirty and the only actual problem was the screen was popping when you pressed on it but that's not why yall marked it as 'fair' quality. I'm a bit annoyed that i'm lowkey wasting $50 more but it's fine since it's a refurbished phone at the end of the day

    I was hesitant to ordering such an expensive refurbished phone but I have been pleasantly surprised with my purchase thus far. My phone came in better than Good condition. My only "issue" was that when I started the phone it didn't go through the initial start setup. I ended up factory resetting the phone. After setup I had to go through the settings to unlock the network, which is not a big deal but it is something that not many people would know or consider. Aside from that, it has been a fantastic phone that has worked with my Mint plan.

    I only have my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra two days ago (not cheap) but I tell you I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the phone. No scratches or dents. Works flawless. My only gripe is you should have included a owner's manual. Quality! Product would purchase again.

    A fair deal on a S23 Ultra that looks and seem new if I didn't know better.. upgraded because I had to S20 (also a great phone) broke when I dropped it. I had never heard of this place and was a little skeptical, but I finally read enough to put me at ease. Glad I did. Great Phone, Great Price, Get Company and Refurbisher.

    Fabulous! Ordered Samsung S23 Ultra from Back Market and couldn't be more pleased. Phone arrived promptly and existing number and data including my dozens of apps transferred without any problems as well as all data. Did not include a charger but did include a charging cable. This was described in the advertisement. Phone appears new and works absolutely perfectly. Highly recommend Back Market!

    The whole process with BackMarket was so smooth, 10/10 stars!! Phone exterior was as described (mint condition) and after using the phone for a few weeks it was like I had purchased a brand new phone. Phone shipped reasonably quickly. I feel really good about making a purchase that is better for the environment and am thankful Backmarket has such excellent customer service and makes everything efficient, trustworthy, and streamlined.
