I was hesitant to ordering such an expensive refurbished phone but I have been pleasantly surprised with my purchase thus far. My phone came in better than Good condition. My only "issue" was that when I started the phone it didn't go through the initial start setup. I ended up factory resetting the phone. After setup I had to go through the settings to unlock the network, which is not a big deal but it is something that not many people would know or consider. Aside from that, it has been a fantastic phone that has worked with my Mint plan.

UNREGRETABLE PURCAHSE! You can't possibly tell the difference from the phone being bought brand new as it practically IS! It was delivered on time, received all its latest updates, and took just the switch of my SIM card and it was ready for calls and texts. Couldn't be more happy. Refurbished is the way of the future. Would undoubtedly recommend!

We got a really competitive price and a great product presentation. She had no issues once she started using it. We continue our tradition with Backmarket. Being our cellphone provider.

Received my phone yesterday. Everything on the phone works great and has been setting up fine, until I open the front camera today, and it's all blurry. wiped with a glass wipe and nothing changes. Tried different settings, still blurry. Looked up options on the website, and the only solution is to send the phone back and be without a phone for a week, but this is my company's main phone line, and I can't be without a phone for a week, so I guess I'll just never have good front camera pictures, with this phone, which I was very excited to get for the cameras. Not a great first experience purchasing something from here.

The communication was great from day one. I had issues with how it was to be mailed but they got it cleared up quickly and it arrived just a couple of days after being mailed out.It would have been in a day sooner but the weekend caused the delay.I love the s23 ultra I got abs would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a amazing phone at a cheap price to look at back market for sure.Have ordered other products before abs guarantee I will do so again.
