Excellent product. Was refurbished, but it's basically indistinguishable from new. Works as described.

This is the first time I bought a refurbished phone. The phone looked brand new out of the box and it works perfectly. I will definitely buy from Black Market in the near future.

The phone works great and looks really good. The frame and camera rings are a bit more scuffed and dented than I expected, but most of that is covered up by my phone case, so it's not really an issue. The screen is perfect, so I suspect the screen has been replaced, but it's really bright and looks great, so if it's not OEM, I'd be shocked. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely order again.

Everything about the transaction was great with 1 big exception. The phone was shipped loose in a small box with no packing, stuffed inside a cardstock envelope with no packing. It was smashed on one end. Luckily the phone was not damaged. the phone works well and I am a satisfied customer.

Honestly..overall I'm content. The phone was a bit dinged up on all four corners which I wasn't too pleased with. But I threw a case on and a screen protector and I'm good to go. I didn't want to drop a grand on a new phone and this helped ease my pocket a bit and it came fast with a cord to charge it, but I already had a cord so it was just a nice bonus.

sooo I can't use it yet cause my new sim card is lost in mail and I had to order a 2nd one soo that is why I didn't leave a review yet cause I haven't been able to use it but what I see if it the phone is amazing live the color, very nice no issues perfect thank you for the service and I'm sorry for a long review and wait...

First of all, the backmarket app is neat. Second, the whole purchasing process is smooth, you may find the related support info about the product, like the definition of the product status, how they handle the products before they sell them, etc. Third, the shipping speed is reasonable. Fourth, the product I bought is as good as the description! I'm satisfied with it.

was great! just like new without the financial commitment. i love the s24+ model in general but the quality you get with backmarket is arguably more reliable than buying new from a carrier with all the manufacturing faults. lovely purchase, ill be back in 5 years for my next phone lol!

It’s been awhile since I’ve used an Android phone, but so happy with my purchase of the Galaxy 24 Plus! Bought it from Back Market and as usual it was in pristine condition and everything works as expected. I really think it was a great purchase.
