First time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I have to say I'm very satisfied with the quality. Straight out of the box the phone looked to be in near perfect condition, barring only a few minuscule scratches on the bottom edge. All the technical specs are correctly included as expected and the phone works real smoothly without any problems. It has only been a few days but I'm positive this phone can last me a few good years and hopefully even longer.

I was a little worried because I’ve never purchased a refurbished phone but it met all expectations. I got a Samsung S24+ in Excellent condition. It had a few very minor scratches on camera bezels, buttons and sim tray, but otherwise looked almost brand new. The screen is flawless, the back glass is as well, camera lens all great. The power button feels a bit mushy but functions fine for an one year old phone. The battery capacity is still around 95% which is great. The phone works super fast and smooth. So far no issues with the purchase, and I’m happy with the price I paid.

honestly, one of the best used phones I've ever purchased. I did purchase a premium used phone, which is supposed to have no visble signs of use, I have a pretty good drop spot in one of the bottom corners, but the screen looks like it was replaced with no use and same with the battery. battery also says it's a Samsung battery. I have always purchased used phones, I've boughten a new phone maybe twice in my life, and this has been the best condition I've ever received a used phone.

My Premium grade Galaxy S24+ arrived just two days after I placed my order. The phone was delivered in-hand by the FedEx driver, with signature verification. The condition was indeed as-new, without one flaw. A flexible plastic screen protector was still in place, which I removed, revealing a perfect, scratch free surface. The installed Samsung setup software immediately launched, and guided me seamlessly through the transfer of all data from my old Google Pixel 3 XL. Of course, much work remained for me to set my own preferences and to authenticate my subscriptions, which is entirely expected. A charging cord was supplied, with no charger or accessories, as I understood from the time of purchase. Best of all, my new Galaxy effectively blocked AĹL my irritating and frustrating junk mail deliveries! I was so satisfied that I immediately ordered another phone for my wife. I could not be happier with Back Market, and have been busy recommending them to everyone I know.

Came from a iphone xr to this and MAN. Got this in “good” condition so theres a small dent on the bottom left frame but THATS IT. Blazing fast and so smooth i love it.

I ordered an excellent condition Samsung Galaxy S24+. It came in great condition, just a few tiny scratches on back can barely notice unless very close up. Have had phone for about a month, and working flawlessly. The seller I bought off was Plug/Tech, would recommend them as a seller. Very happy about the purchase and would buy again. I would recommend Back Market for a cheaper solution to your phone needs.

The phone arrived in prestine condition. Condition is like brand new. The only very small issue is that the screen protector was placed way too off the center and i will have to replace it. Otherwise perfect phone, in the first days batery seems with very good life.

Purchased a S24+ premium condition, and traded in another phone. Arrived in perfect new condition. No issues at all. Shipped my trade-in and received my payout as expected. Will order again! Thank you.

I wanted to wait a few more months to see if the phone still holds up but honestly it's been about a month and the thing functions as new. It was in excellent condition and as described. It shipped quickly as well. I ran a few specs checks on it and the battery, after getting used to my schedule of usage optimized itself and doesn't overheat like how some complaints have been about this phone even brand new from samsung. The screen brightness is great and doesn't look like it uses a lower quality replacement screen. No sputters in processing power either, it's smooth and pretty powerful. This definitely helped me feel better about backmarket in the future. If there are any issues within the next 3-4 months I'll update.

I am SO HAPPY with my purchase. This is my second purchase from backmarket. The first was a MacBook pro and this Samsung Galaxy S24 + is amazing. I was stuck with a horrible Galazy A15 which could NOT handle my work load and multitasking...the phone works great and easily connect with eSIM to Metro... Thank you for your honest and great work.
