I am completely satisfied with this phone - it feels and runs like it's brand new. You can't even tell it's been refurbished, so super kudos to the folks who worked on revamping this phone. I also received the package on time, and very well packaged. I highly, recommend purchasing.

Everything about this phone is amazing and I likely wouldnt have never known it was refurbished if I didn't order it myself! Only thing was that it came a bit dirty in the ports and on the body of the phone. But that was fine to clean up. It was also missing the little key piece to take out the sms card but an earing does the trick. This was amazing! My sister also have gotten 2 phones in the past on this site and they also have been great! Thank you!

Had to replace a Galaxy Note 8 purchased thru Back Market as it had begun to exhibit strange symptoms. My service provider determined that it was not fully compatible with their newest network. This premium Galaxy S24 was delivered in perfect condition and a provider's in-store rep activated it and used Samsung Smart Switch to transfer my data to this new-to- me phone. So far so good. My only gripes are (1) I really didn't want a 5G phone due to higher levels of radiation ( I have a family history of cancer) and (2) I do not appreciate being forced to accept AI technology, but no choice. Back Market has once again supplied a nice phone at a fair price; if I live long enough to need to upgrade again, they will be the first source I will check out.

Ordering from Back Market was seamless - phone arrived quickly and in the condition described. I switched from an iPhone to the Galaxy S24 and am happy I did so. I'm enjoying the Android customization and overall better flexibility as well as high-quality smart phone features at a more affordable price through Back Market.

I was scared to order a refurbished phone online, but it ended up being so worth it in the end! I ordered mine in "excellent" condition and it was basically brand new and arrived in 4 days. I haven't had it long enough to comment on the battery life, and there was a VERY minor scratch on the phone, but it was a s24 for over half off so no biggie!

Omg! I was a little nervous bc I wasn't sure if this company was legit. Spoiler alert! They are!! I purchased a galaxy s24 in outstanding condition. And it is outstanding! The phone was delivered in 2 days. I ordered on the 5th. Was told to expect it by the 10th. And I got it today, the 7th!! Well packaged. Came with charging cord. As stated above, outstanding condition. As good as new. Zero damage or wear and tear. They also sent me an email right after purchase with very detailed instructions on how to set up the phone and how to transfer all my stuff from my old phone. I I'm definitely "beginner" level with technology (I'm old, lol). But bc of that email I had no trouble with 99% of it. The only part I had trouble with was removal of the Sim card and that's bc I was being too gentle. I almost had it though! I ended up bringing it to my local AT&T store and the guy popped it out of my old phone, put it in the new one and voila! I've got me a fancy new phone y'all!! I moved up from a 2022 Moto G Stylus to this Galaxy S24. The outside was spotless. Like new. The first thing I noticed was voice typing response. Instantaneous where I used to have a significant wait. I'm still learning the features but the setup was easy and switching sim cards to the new phone quick. very happy with price and quality.

My new phone arrived quickly. It was ready to go out of the box. I am really liking the samsung experience so far. The camera takes high quality pictures and the phone is very responsive. Biosecurity was easy to set up and works well.

So far I've been very pleased! Not a single noticeable scratch or dent, feels brand new! Went for the premium option to have no doubts, but still half as much as the s25, despite being nearly identical!
