I'll never buy a brand new phone again! This is my third phone from back market I've never paid over $150 for an excellent phone! They phone looks and works brand new and I only got the "good" condition instead of "excellent" My only complaint is the battery on my pixel 4a does not last as long as the pixel 3a I had before. Not sure if it is the new addition or from being refurbished. Either way the battery still last longer than any other phone I've had next to the 3a.

I got my previous phone from Back Market and was really pleased with customer service and the phone itself. I got an upgrade and am happy with the results. I didn't expect the new phone to be smaller but that's neither here or there.

The phone is great. It looks just like new. Shipping was fast. The only issue is the battery life. The battery on this phone is terrible. I replaced the exact phone that was about two and half years old and the battery was life was more than double this refurbished one. Other than that I am very pleased.

BackMarket experience was good. My seller was "Cellfree" and had pretty good reviews. I would do business with BM/Cellfree again. Email communication from BM was pretty much constant letting me know status, that is a plus for first time buyer. I got a phone described in "fair" condition and I would say it is better than described. It was much less expensive than I found anywhere else after looking for 3 or 4 days (US$97 for Google Pixel 4a week before end of Google's guaranteed updates/support). Shipping: Came three full days earlier than expected -- the unpredictability of delivery services is a hassle for me because office isn't open good hours and deliveries to our porch are risky. But this is not particular to BM. If you could have a deal like "we will leave yourppackage at some business (ups store, Kohl's, a pharmacy) that would be helpful.

I smashed my Pixel on accident. Didn't have hundreds to spend on an upgrade. Was SO HAPPY to find an excellent used phone option here instead of having to mess with estimates/repairs. My replacement phone is perfect! Thank you for getting me up and running again. You all are amazing!

I got this phone for my step daughter for Christmas last year, and it's been almost 11 months and she still uses it every day with no complaints. This is my second phone from BackMarket and both have been excellent.

My phone arrived when I was informed that it would. I am replacing a broken 4A, so I already knew what to expect from the phone. I have had it for two weeks with no issues. Upcycled electronics is the way to go!

I ordered the Google pixel 4 for Black Friday and unfortunately the seller sent me one and it didn't power on or charge at all. I ended up returning the phone and requesting a total refund so that I can order a new one because I really like the model of the pixel, and still want a Google pixel. A bit disappointing that the battery wasn't checked to make sure that it charged

I’ve used Back Market and like most companies, the company evolved; I think what Back Market is doing to positively impact digital waste is incredible but this experience had a difference that I’m guessing is part of their evolution, I.e., the trade in process. The process after sending in my phone was a total and complete miss. I did not realize that the process now requires providing bank account and social security number information. My quote was for $10 and came back with an offer of $1. I clicked the link in the email to decline the offer with hopes of adding a note to just keep it and discard of it responsibly but every time the link gave a reply message suggesting “oops. Something went wrong.” I later received an email stating that my’no reply’ was considered an acceptance of the offer and my $1 would be deposited into my account. Obviously, that hasn’t and won’t happen because my reply never went through and you don’t have my bank credentials. All said, my grade is for the process failure and not the product. I don’t use the phone very much. It’s not connected to a service provider. I only use it to cast to my smart tvs using my home internet. It keeps me from tying up...
