This is the second time I've used Back Market both times were quick and easy. After researching the phones I'm very happy with the Google Pixel that I purchased. Unfortunately, my old phone was obsolete for a trade-in but it seemed to be a straightforward process.

I was very surprised about the quick shipping and the phone I chose in good condition looked like a brand new phone! Have had no issues with it at all! I highly recommend Backmarket and already referred friends and family to them!

I upgraded to a Pixel 6 from a Moto G5 Stylus I had gotten in 2019. After almost 6 years, the battery started depleting rapidly, not to mention it was on Android 12. Now I have the Pixel 6 and I have it on the mode where it only carges to 80% and it lasts roughly as long as my old phone with the battery issues, which is a little disappointing, but it is what it is. At least I have Android 15 and will be supported until Android 17. Overall happy with the purchase.

Overall happy. My device shipped within the time frame given. Only flaws so far is that only one of the speakers seems to work, and the charging port is sensitive -- it doesn't always register that a charger is plugged in. But seems acceptable given the price point :)

At first I was very disappointed when I first tried to charge my phone it kept starting then shutting down so I thought that I had received a bad phone and would have to send it back. I left it on the charger and after about thirty minutes it came on and I havent had any more problems. the condition was as described only minor scratches and honestly if you wasn't really looking for them then you would never be able to tell. I'm happy I found this service and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I purchased this phone to replace a broken phone that was also purchased on Back Market. My main take away is to pay the small extra amount to upgrade from fair condition to good condition and whatever memory upgrade that's left in your budget. I'm considerably happier with the second phone than I was with my first. Not that the first phone didn't meet my requirements. Just that I will take the upgrade approach next time I purchase another phone from Back Market. Unless there is an act of God, I will be back

Device was in great shape upon arrival, only extremely minor issue was that it had clearly been sitting in a warehouse for a while as when I initially plugged it in it took several minutes before it showed any signs of life. After that it worked perfectly but just a little concerned at the beginning.

The phone came on time even though I didn't expect it to since it was coming from Florida. I ordered a fair phone and it looks brand new. So far the phone is working as it should and honestly has no major scratches or anything on the phone. I would buy from this company again without issues.

I was exporting this phone to another country, and I have received it exactly one month later. I selected the good condition, and I ended up receiving a really clean phone on the outside.My only problem was that the bottom left speaker isn't working.
