I was exporting this phone to another country, and I have received it exactly one month later. I selected the good condition, and I ended up receiving a really clean phone on the outside.My only problem was that the bottom left speaker isn't working.

Really, really happy with this purchase. It's my second purchase here. The listed quality of the Pixel was "good" but aside from some barely noticeable scratches on the body, the phone was flawless (and I put the phone in a high-impact case immediately anyway). Battery life is excellent, no glitches in operation. I couldn't justify paying $600-$800 for a new Pixel, but I was a lot more comfortable with paying a quarter of that for a model a couple of years old. The only slight glitch is that the Pixel demands a high-speed charger, which isn't included (but you can buy on the BackMarket site). Very happy with the merchandise and speed of shipping. I'm recommending the site to family and friends.

I recommend not paying the extra money for the express shipping though, I did and it still took quite awhile for it to get here and my delivery date changed a couple times. Quality was great. I got the fair but it literally came like a brand new phone. I will definitely be buying again for other electronics!

Phone received was in excellent condition, arrived quickly, and everything BUT the single most imporant aspect needed was delivered, The critical feature needed was an OEM unlocked phone. What was sent was a Carrier unlocked phone (a Verizon unlocked phone was delivered). The former (typically a Google Edition) can be bootloader unlocked which is required in order to install an alternative, more private & secure mobile OS such a GrapheneOS, whereby the latter can be used with any carrier but likely OEM unlocking can NOT be enabled in setup meaning your are stuck with a Google bloat and spyware tracking device. Who in their rightly informed mind wants that?

Package arrived in about 4-5 days. packaging adequate. The phone itself: screen looks great no visible wear and tear. back and sides visible wear and tear buttons paint coming off and scratches near camera bezel wouldn't qualify this as good condition.

Can't fault the actual Backmarket shopping experience. Just somewhat disappointed in the Pixel 6. Heavy phone, marginal screen. Only purchased as it has eSIM capability and can run GrapheneOS. If I decide to but another used Pixel however, I'll buy it here.

Ordered late Friday evening - delivered Monday, before noon. I elected the "Good" option - the phone I received, with the exception of one VERY minor scuff on the back of one corner was indistinguishable from new. I have to wonder what is considered "excellent condition! Battery tested - using AccuBattery - at 95% of original capacity. I am a repeat customer and have been very satisfied with all transactions and have recommended Back Market to others.

I bought an "excellent" Pixel 6, and I cannot complain about any scratches or visual damage to the phone itself. Sadly, the battery won't last more than 12 hours. It even gets down from 99% to 30% overnight without even using the screen, forcing me (my mum, actually) to leave it plugged in. Fingerprint unlock is not working even after making several factory resets. I live outside the States, and my country's customs would charge me to return the phone, unlucky me. I've purchased from backmarket in the past, and this won't stop me from getting my next phone from them, but we warned that some sellers might give wasted phones a fresh new look, but the insides are not so refurbished.
