Have had the Google Pixel 8 Pro for about 3 weeks and it performs as new. Love it. Everything about dealing with Back Market has been easy, their website, ordering, delivery (fast and well-packaged). This was one rated as good and it looks new (very minor scratch at bottom that you can't really see unless you turn it a certain way.) This is the 3rd phone I have purchased from Back Market and I will continue to buy every phone in the future from them, their vendors have proven very reliable. So, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a sparking used phone at a tremendous discount compared to a brand new one that does basically the same things. I'm extremely happy, I had never used back market before so I was a bit skeptical I figured I'd give it a shot and I'm really happy I did I even recommended it to my dad and he purchased a phone through back market. I got a refurbished phone I think I got fair quality and I was genuinely surprised by the quality it's a beautiful phone and the insurance is from what I researched the best one out of all companies that sell electronics . I'm super super happy I bought a phone so I can record my daughters school plays etc and it the best decision I've ever made when buying a phone. I contacted support because I had a small hiccup during activation they were super attentive I was trying to use an esim and I couldn't get it working. This is a great phone for the price. Beautiful OLED screen, a great camera, and a fast and functional OS. For the model itself, it's everything the typical cell phone user could want in a device. At 6.7 inches, this is one of the biggest Android phones on the market right now outside of a folding phone. If you love screen real estate and don't mind the extra bulk, you will love this phone. As for Back Market itself, I purchased a "good" condition phone and the phone's shell came with noticeable scratches, but who cares when it will spend it's life in a case? Perhaps the most obvious issue was a small scratch in the screen itself, but I hardly notice it and, at $600 off the sticker price, I can't complain. Battery life is good enough to last all day and a little more. Another point of consideration with refurbished phones is always the longevity of the device due to its update cycle. The Pixel 8 is when Google began their extended security updates, so as of this writing, the Pixel 8 still has another 5 years of life left. For the environmentally and budget conscious consumer looking to save CO2 and $$$, five years of use on a pre-owned phone is about as good as it gets. I love th...

The phone is in really good shape. So far so good! The one issue I've had in the past with Back Market refurbished phones is battery life, which I won't know on this one until later. I'll try to update this once I'm clear on that point.

I purchased the Google Pixel 8 Pro because I was fed up with issues with the Samsung devices I have had. I previously had Motorola devices and thought Samsung was an upgrade. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Pixel 8 was a huge upgrade and transferring apps and such was nearly effortless. In addition Back Market has the absolute best deals on phones. This was my third purchase through Back Market. I couldn't be more pleased.

I recently purchased the Google Pixel 8 Pro 128 GB from Back Market in Premium condition. The phone condition is great, with zero visible signs of use. The phone feels like new on hand and is running with zero issues after one month. I would have rated it 5/5 but I felt the price is a bit high.

I ordered this Google Pixel 8 Pro for my daughter and the phone is basically new! There are no signs of wear or use at all and the function has been excellent! I have purchased 4 phones thru back market and there is no going back to overpriced new electronics, there is just no reason to!

Back market for the win a second time! I bought a Pixel 4 XL and lived it. I didn't want to upgrade but Google quote supporting it after only a few years, so when it stopped working I upgraded to the 8 Pro. Seamless and confident and didn't have to go beyond to do it. Plus, keeping the water out of the environment is a big deal to me!
