Loving the new phone! I wasn't planning on upgrading as I'm tight on funds, but when I dropped my phone and it broke I had no choice. Going refurbished was a great way to get a serious upgrade without spending $1000 I don't have. The device had minimal signs of use. I was terrified when I first opened the box cause the screen looked ruined, but it was just dirty. After wiping it down I saw no scratches or scuffs, been using it for about 2 weeks now, and no issues. Wasn't sure if I could trust the site, but everything worked out great. I paid for the express shipping, and they somehow got the phone from CA all the way to NY in just a day. Very impressed, and so I had to leave a review. Good on you, BackMarket.

The device looks great and worked quickly when I inserted the SIM card. I was able to save several hundred dollars making my purchase at Back Market.

I love it! Its exactly what I wanted and the color is stunning. I haven't had any issues, hopefully I won't have any because I love this phone. The camera is wonderful! Overall super happy

Literally the phone is new, I paid almost 800$ and I am not mad about it. I am an original iPhone user, I love I phones. However, the Google pixel 9 pro XL is fire. It has everything the iPhone has but more. you get face id finger print And passcode . The advanced features is amazing. I highly recommend this phone. you will not be disappointed.

1 month review. Amazing phone. I am extremely happy with the camera and the phone itself. Everything works smoothly and as expected. The phone came in an excellent condition, no scratches on the outside of the body, sides or camera. When applying a screen protector I could see really small scratches on the screen, but they went away when I applied the screen protector. Phone battery capacity is estimated to be at 96%. Phone lasts the whole day with moderate to heavy use. So far I am really happy. it's a bit large in my hand though, so using it one handed is quite difficult, but it's all I've ever wanted from a phone. Contactless payments, esim, you can even place your card to the back of the phone to make. a purchase. Review is all over the place, but one thing for sure, it's worth the money.

My Google Pixel 9 Pro XL looked brand new and is amazing. The shipping was quick and I was able to get my new phone up and running in no time. Will absolutely use Back Market again int he future.

I was nervous about buying refurbished but when it arrived it was in brand new condition. Not a single scratch or scuff and it functions perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

I received a brand new looking device. the Battery must have been new because it showed only 5 cycles total. There were no scratches or cracks and the phone seems to be 100% functional. It shipped quickly and was protected enough.

Shipping was super fast and setting up the phone went really smoothly. I have gotten a phone in 'good' condition from here before because I know the standard. That cosmetic condition of this phone is atrocious. My largest issue is with the thick scratch on the screen that is almost impossible to ignore. The phone also looked like it had been dropped multiple times without a case it was kinda crazy. I just didn't want to return it because I couldn't go without a phone for much longer
