I was a bit disappointed that the item took a while to ship, but it technically wasn't outside of the shipment window described. They said give it 2-3 business days to ship. I ordered the phone Friday the 4th, and it wasn't shipped till Tuesday the 8th (3rd business day) and showed up today, the 10th. The phone itself looks perfect as far as I'm aware. It did not come in a Pixel box, but that isn't an issue. I ordered the Pixel 9 Pro XL (256GB) in Pink, as "premium" quality, and I think that's exactly what I got! There were no marks on the screen and the outside looked good, too. I thought I might've seen a tiny little scratch around the border, but I think it was just something on my fingers because I couldn't find it again. Setup was incredibly easy and I haven't had any issues thus far. If i do, I will give an update but I think it's great! I will say though, check the reviews for this company on Google. Just because I had a good experience doesn't mean everyone will. I only thought to check once the shipping seemed late. Overall, positive experience.

Not thrilled with this purchase, when I ordered it said the phone was unlocked but when it arrived and I tried activating my Esim it told me I had to contact Verizon and I did and they said the phone was registered to someone else's account and they wouldn't be able to unlock it without talking to the account holder, I almost returned the item until I jumped through way too many hoops and finally was able to connect it to my service provider. Definitely took more effort than I wanted it to but I was able to make it work, so not saying don't get a phone from this seller because it can be made to work but be prepared it might not be actually unlocked and ready to go when you get it and you may have to spend hours on the phone with different providers trying to get it set up. Otherwise, performance wise phone works, looks wise, I ordered one that was supposed to be essentially brand new and it did have 2 minor scratches on the screen but after putting in so much effort to make it work I wasn't going to fret over it, so it's fine enough, do with this information what you will.

I received a brand new looking device. the Battery must have been new because it showed only 5 cycles total. There were no scratches or cracks and the phone seems to be 100% functional. It shipped quickly and was protected enough.

Have been using this phone for about a month and I love it. Good price and in a like new condition. Battery health is 100% and last me the entire day and also charges to 80% in no time. Haven't encountered anything bad as of right now but after a year of usage I'm sure my answer could be different. Satisfied with my purchase, you get what you paid for.

Great experience. Pixel was in tip top condition. Only drawback was that the device was enrolled in beta. No big deal for me but I can see that being an issue for other users.

had originally purchased a Samsung from the samsung site. It was defective and they would not replace it. Wanted $200 more to replace it. Bull pucky in my opinion. Ordered the Pixel 9 Pro XL and absolutely love it! More than the SAmsung Ultra. Kind of glad I got a bad one or I would never have found out I like the Pixel more!
