This is far from my first purchase from Back Market. Everything has been smooth, reliable and the electronics I've bought have been of consistent high quality. I'm typing this review on a 2019 MacBook Pro I got from you guys, listening to John Coltrane on a quartet of HomePod Minis you recently sent me. Don't change.

The HomePod mini was basically brand new. It arrived clean and it sounded great. I did have to reset it myself and it didn’t come with the power brick, though.

The speaker itself is perfect. But I thought at first it wouldn’t work cause it would turn off all the time. Turns out it was cause of the box, and not the actual speakers fault. So if you are having that problem, change the box completely.

Couldn’t be more happier with our HomePod Mini. Been looking into centralizing our smart home fixtures through the Apple Home app to make it more convenient for the family. The HomePod arrived faster than anticipated. It was in very good condition and functioned flawlessly. I am a big proponent of refurbished device purchases for both economical and environmental reasons. Back Market delivered this product as advertised.

Online reviews on 1st gen Homepod were right. Totally buggy when it wants to be. Sounds good as hell when it works. Microphones surprise me. Hear me better across the room than my own iphone 12 pro max does a foot away. Good seller, looked absolutely new. Wish I could have gotten two but my neighbor would never be able to sleep peacefully again. Really praying it doesnt brick with an update. For now keeping automatic off. 👉🏼

The speaker sounds amazing! The built in humidity and temperature sensor are a nice touch and add nice functionality to the HomePod 2.

I ordered a HomePod mini that was supposedly in "excellent" condition and it literally will NOT turn on. I've tried plugging it in with every charger in multiple outlets in my house. I requested a return via Backmarket's "Live Chat" but no one has responded for multiple days. I am so upset and disappointed with both this seller and backmarket. As of now, I will never use Backmarket again. What a pain.

I ordered this in good condition. When it arrived, I was surprised to find that it was brand new. It was still shrink-wrapped. Amazing...

Learned my lesson, saving $20 on a reused item is just hassle. The homepod mini simply won't connect to any apple device, tried hard reset etc etc, it's just a doa item. Likely why it was returned originally, clearly not refurbished or tested and then re-sold. Disappointed in my first experience with buying a re-use item.
