    Very fast shipping which was amazing for someone very impatient like me. However I ordered excellent condition. There are a lot of small scratches on the screen which I expected because it’s refurbished but I did expect basically brand new since I paid for excellent condition. All in all though the iPad seems to work great so far so no major complaints.

    I got this color, my husband got space grey or some gray. We bought excellent condition and they both were. I’m combining the reviews as my husband just doesn’t. We’re quite satisfied and we will be using Back Market again. Def recommend. We got 2 iPads for the price of 1 new one, you can’t beat that!

    I bought a secondhand ipad to primarily use for reading my e-library books. This iPad came in even better condition than I expected! barely any visible scratches on the back and the screen was pristine. The quality I ordered was "good". The shipping was super fast as well! I highly recommend this site and my husband plans to purchase one for his e-library books instead of reading off our phones.

    There was a pretty significant scratch on the back that looks like the iPad had been dropped. This was not described in the purchasing process- seems more than a “micro scratch” That being said, the iPad has performed fine so far.

    Life on the trailing edge of technology is pretty good. And Back Market's conservation message makes sense. I retired my eight-year-old iPad Mini 4 and leaped up to a four-year-old "good" iPad Mini 5 and it's doing everything I need. The case and screen are fine. The difference is that the 5 handles the latest OS; has a better, faster processor, a much better front camera and better color on the screen. It can handle an Apple pencil. I had the good sense this time to get the extended warranty. So far, no complaints. Buy what you need.

    The initial iPad received was in much worse condition than what was listed on the items page. But customer service was quick and easy and within a week I received a replacement iPad mini same specifications and I would say in even better condition! Very happy with my purchase and the end result. Would definitely recommend.

    This iPad was as in good condition. It was perfect except for for two teeny tiny pin prick sized popped paint bubbles on the back. I had to really look for anything wrong with this unit and they were nearly invisible. Kudos everything was way beyond expectation.

    Timely shipping. The “very good” seems to have a good battery and a spotless screen. There are some irregularities along the edges of the screen on the body of the ipad but they are cosmetic, barely noticeable, and covered up by any decent case. Happy with purchase!

    So far so good. Bought the iPad for my 5 year old son and he is having a great time using it to learn and communicate with others. I will defin use Backmarket again and recommend it to others. Shipping was fast. And the iPad is in excellent condition.

    Really happy with my purchase! This ipad works great, has a whole lot of its battery life left and stays charged for a really long time, has basically no wear or tear on it despite being marked as “good” condition, and has been just overall great to use. The only thing I noticed that tells me it’s used is that the oil/fingerprint resistant coating for the screen has worn off or been wiped off, maybe through cleaning the screen at some point. This means it definitely gets quite a bit of fingerprint smudges on it, but this overall hasn’t really bothered me, and I can always apply a glass screen protector or use one of those fingerprint resist coating kits, which are both very inexpensive, if it becomes an issue. I’ve now had it for a little over a month, I believe, and it’s working just as well as when I received it. I primarily use it for art, and more specifically Procreate. For those wanting to use it for this, it can be a little small at times since the UI takes up imo more space than it needs to.
