I’m happy with my purchase so far. Had a little bit of trouble setting it up but I was able to figure out how to do a software update on it and it works perfectly. Awesome platform and I will be a customer again in the future.

Super happy with my experience on Back Market. I was hesitant at first given a couple of recent bad experiences at two of the bigger online retailers that sell both new and used devices. Fortunately, I am beyond pleased with the quality and condition of the device as well as how quickly it arrived. I received my device two days after I purchased it (as promised) and the condition was "Excellent" as indicated. I would definitely buy from Back Market again.

Could not have been more pleased. The device looks new, even with an OEP charger and box. I had to re-direct the delivery and the ReSeller (and Back Market) were both awesome. I will make an effort to use this Reseller again.

I assumed that the GOOD option would have a screen with no blemishes but it had a small but deep scratch. It’s not noticeable when the screen is bright but it’s still something I didn’t realize could be a possibility with the option.

My shopping experience was great! The product arrives on time. My iPad has had little problems. It sometimes freezes. Otherwise your site is great.

Came literally the next business day and it looks pretty much perfect!! wish i got a genine apple cord with it but other than that, extremely happy!

It was listed an excellent and it was more like new. The company packed it very well and it arrived here safely. Would buy from them again.

Looks like new, came in original packaging with what looks like the original cable and charge block. Very satisfied for excellent condition and it’s price!
