    Price was better than I had seen elsewhere. Delivery was quick and on time. The iPad was in “new” condition-not a mark to be found anywhere. I took a chance buying refurbished and was rewarded with low price, fast delivery and a flawless product.

    I bought a 2021 refurbished iPad Pro (12.9 inch) and saved $400 from what I would have paid for a brand new one. I had never bought a refurbished product before so I was pretty nervous about the purchase. The iPad came well packaged and was absolutely flawless. I would challenge anyone to tell the difference between my refurbished iPad and a new one. From this point on I will only be buying refurbished.

    My experience with Back Market has always been on point! For this particular product I am happy with the exception of the charging cord and brick. It takes a long time to charge and both items do not appear to be Apple products and I m ow from experience that even non Apple charging products create an issue with proper charging. As an example I plugged my new iPad in to charge at 8:30PM last night and now at almost 5.00AM it’s not fully charged yet. That tells me it’s not an Apple charger and brick. I would expect to receive Apple accessories for the Apple products.

    I was surprised that the iPad showed up without a protective soft sleeve, just loose in a bubble mailer inside a flat rate box. Some small cosmetic scratches on the screen gladd (from the bubble mailer?) but not visible when the screen is on. Works fine so far.

    I’m experiencing a cliche when I save an item on Pinterest, usually when you select an item to be saved a black oval button comes up. When I tap the button is starts to shake really fast. It’s a small problem but I’m afraid it might lead to a bigger problem eventually. Thank you in advance for your help, Diana Salgado(my husband gave this iPad to me for Christmas) No one has contacted me about the cliche I have on the iPad. I need to talk to someone on the phone to convey what’s going on.

    Honestly I was so nervous to buy the iPad but I’m so glad I did. I really enjoy it and not only does it work amazing ! The condition was very good . It had tiny little scratches but it’s not very noticeable unless your all up into the screen. Overall I have had this iPad for more then two months and haven’t had any problems.

    I like it a lot. I feel once one is a 12.9 iPad Pro user, which I’ve been for a long time, there is no other desire for another kind of iPad. The large size is the BEST! And the M1 XDR screen is stunning! The only bug I’ve found is facial recognition isn’t working 100% when I log into iPad. It works great when used for logging into 3rd party sites etc. I’ve bought from you folks before and am satisfied with Black Market! Wonderfully there is 8 months of Apple Care on this unit so I’m going to call Apple about the facial recognition.
