    Everything is good with the iPad Pro 12.9. It’s exactly as advertised. A little weird it came just in a padded sleeve with a cheap charge cable, but can’t say it’s defective or anything. Just a little weird as I’m used to buying refurbished from Apple where it arrives as good as new in a box with all accessories. But I didn’t pay that much higher cost, so nothing bad to say about it.

    It works perfectly and looks great. I got exactly what I purchased and in better condition than I expected. I was totally fine with some scratching and cosmetic damage, but it arrived with only some barely-noticeable scratching. I didn’t notice any of the bending that others seemed worried about. It’s able to run heavier programs quickly and responds perfectly to the Apple Pencil 2. It even arrived earlier than anticipated. The charger worked correctly but was somewhat difficult to get in and out, so for my own ease I purchased an apple brand one; but it would have worked.

    Product arrived extremely quickly in pristine condition. My only quibble is that they packed the wrong kind of charger, but with the savings on the product itself this wasn't an issue at all. Very satisfied.

    I’m happy with my purchase so far. Had a little bit of trouble setting it up but I was able to figure out how to do a software update on it and it works perfectly. Awesome platform and I will be a customer again in the future.

    Super happy with my experience on Back Market. I was hesitant at first given a couple of recent bad experiences at two of the bigger online retailers that sell both new and used devices. Fortunately, I am beyond pleased with the quality and condition of the device as well as how quickly it arrived. I received my device two days after I purchased it (as promised) and the condition was "Excellent" as indicated. I would definitely buy from Back Market again.

    I assumed that the GOOD option would have a screen with no blemishes but it had a small but deep scratch. It’s not noticeable when the screen is bright but it’s still something I didn’t realize could be a possibility with the option.

    Everything was in great shape and well packaged. The iPad worked as it should and there were no noticeable scratches. The only minor complaint was that it wasn’t shipped in an Apple box.
