The phone was in the exact condition it was listed as. The only defect (which I was aware of when I purchased) was some small scuffs on the side and back from normal wear and tear. The scene was in perfect condition, and I have been using the phone now for about two weeks, and it has been working perfectly! I'm so happy I purchased here and I saved so much money!

I bought the iPhone 11 Pro space gray with 256gb. I wanted to make sure the quality is new so I got the 'excellent' quality and paid more over the 'good' tier items. It was worth it to know the phone would be secured and I was glad that the vendor followed through on the deal. The iPhone arrived in 'like new' condition with 88% battery showing signs of use but the exterior is brand new and the 88% is above the minimum 80% so that's a bonus to see it's good and fresh. The space gray is very nice, better color appearance than the new 15 pro imo. I upgraded from the regular 11 and it's a huge improvement. The screen is really nice and the appearance and overall feel is so much nicer than the regular 11 in my opinion. The space gray color will go great with my omega seamaster. The build is higher quality than the regular iphones, it's worth upgrading and I was glad I could get it for a good price as refurbished.

I have made several purchases with Back Market and have never been disappointed. I usually spend the extra and get a phone in excellent shape. I recently purchased an iphone 11 Pro, and went with the "good" quality not knowing what to expect. After reading several reviews from the seller, I must admit I was a little worried about the quality and parts used to refurbish the iphone, as well as the care taken to ship the item. I received the phone 2 days after ordering, so the shipping was fast and on time. The phone came packaged very well. Upon opening the box, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the phone was in excellent condition, I could not find a scratch on any of the surfaces of the phone, it basically looked brand new. My next concern was the battery, and again, found that the battery life was at 100% so I basically got a phone in excellent condition, with a new battery, for a great price! I have used the phone over the weekend with no issues. Another great experience!

The phone was giving me trouble with some letters and/or numbers on the onscreen keypad, but after a total factory reset it seems to be ok. Recommend to anyone purchasing a used phone to do a total reset.

I love being able to save a ton of money buying an older phone at a great price from a B corp. The phone was rated 'excellent' but arrived with a slight mar on the liquid crystal display, a dot the size of a period, which I would not consider excellent, but otherwise looks and works fine. I previously bought on another site that shows who the refurbisher is, and I would prefer to know that so can stick with one I trust. Otherwise a good phone with a great camera. Good service, fast shipping.

Other than the warnings that my screen and battery can't be confirmed as Apple parts, I've been very happy with my iPhone Pro. I thought I was getting a larger phone, not realizing that the Pro is actually smaller than the iPhone 11, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I have nearly the same size of useable screen as my older iPhone 8 Plus. It's highly likely I'll upgrade my husband's iPhone 8 Plus soon using Back Market. I gave a 3 for accessories because it came without a charging cable or block.

I’m highly grateful about my new (to me) iPhone 11 Pro. It works like new.

I am pleased with the functionality of the phone. It appears that the battery may be have limited life since it is very near drained at the end of the day. My previous iphone 11 pro had a better battery life.
