Blackddragon000 review> before engaging with Back Market,I did a thorough research that reached out to even several reputed review & complaints sites & finally decided to take the plunge ( used/ refurbished elsewhere,I noticed has not much protection that I saw here) & after a period of use/testing congratulated myself on having taken a wise decision > those around me who usually purchase new items were astounded at the condition of this device that looked/ performed the same as a brand new iphone. I'm awaiting the delivery of another Back Market item & am preparing to evaluate other devices soon > also, I'm in discussions with the company about referring Back Market products to others.

It arrived as estimated and the packaging was minimal with the phone simply being in a box with bubblewrap, with a charger, and instructions. Looking at it, it is in fact flawless all around the sides, back, and screen. The only thing that places it in the good category is the camera area, it’s a bit dirty and has visible scratches with tiny chips, but the camera works perfectly fine. Other than appearance the performance of the phone is great. Everything is running smoothly so far on the first day and the battery health is at 90% which is great. Immediate yes. It’s been 3 weeks now and I believe it’s time for the update. It’s been perfect. I have not noticed any sudden damages or sudden glitches and inconsistencies. It works like a brand new phone. Everything feels new. Will I be purchasing from backmarket again, yes. 100%. The battery life on this phone is very good, lasts me entirely all day and I put it to charge at night at 20%. Absolutely in love. I will admit I was scared of being that small percentage of people who get a terrible phone but I didn’t and I’m very happy. I’ve checked the battery life and it has gone down to 89%, I’m not sure what it could be due to, likely from me allowing it to charge to 100% and more recently down to 10% but regardless I haven’t noticed any change in the battery life so if that’s important for you then there’s that.

Ordered this iPhone 14 Plus starlight 128gb in excellent condition for someone as a Christmas gift and excellent is exactly how it arrived. No scratches, no dents, no visible signs of use. Battery was at 100% percent and that was extremely important for me, so I was pleased. Item arrived a day early than the original date which was cool. 10/10 would recommend this site/app and seller.

I forgot to redownload the app on my new phone! But it’s perfect, 100% battery. The only issue is that Bluetooth doesn’t work very good, but that’s just an issue with the phone model I knew about in research lol. I’m very happy with the phone, and the color was worth it!

Incredible product! It came in excellent condition; practically new. Very slight, minor dust in the phone ear piece but it’s not noticeable and even less now. Works perfectly! It has been a game changer for me coming from Android. In one of the pictures, I have a screen protector on. The dust around the edge is mine.

since I didn't want to spend a lot of money on newer versions, I instead wanted to get something that was refurbished, I went with the highest capacity of gb storage because I'm planning on keeping this for a long time anyway. I haven't had any problems just yet and it works and looks like if it was brand new imo, so if your on the fence of saving money & not caring about "keeping up with the joneses" then I would highly recommend purchasing your phone or whatever tech you seek off blackmarket.com 5/5 stars for me

Hesitant to order refurbished phone. I decided after reading ratings on back market to order a iPhone 14 Plus. I ordered premium. Received quickly. In perfect condition. No scratches cracks etc. 100% battery. Looks exactly like a brand new iPhone. Very satisfied and very very happy with Back Market.

I decided to purchase a refurbished phone for my girlfriend, and thought this would be the best option for her. Turns out, she was very pleased and even thought it was brand new! I chose the condition under diamond as it was the most cost effective. Shipping took 2-3 days, the phone was wrapped well in the box, and looked pristine. Battery healthy was nearly 90%, and the screen along with everything was fully functional. Being unlocked and having a warranty was very Important to me, so I’m happy that was an option. Great deal on the Blue 14 Plus iPhone 128GB. As impressed as I was, I will be using them for my next personal phone instead of going directly to Apple. Couldn’t be happier!

I'm was little scared because I never brought refurbished phone in my life but when I say I'm ordering again brought iPhone 14 plus (product) red no scratches my phone was flawless...it's like I brought the premium my iPhone look new like I brought it from the apple store I would be buying some more electronics from here
