    It was my first purchase using backmarket, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. I Ordered the excellent condition iPhone 14 Plus and I’ve been completely satisfied. I was iffy about buying refurbished only because I was worried about condition and performance. I couldn’t find any visual flaws with my iPhone and after having it for a couple weeks, it runs like new still. Battery health has been sitting at 92% which is great as battery health was one of my main concerns. I’ve been charging every 1-2 days depending on how heavy my usage is. Nice upgrade from my 8+ that was barely making it through the day, plus I can actually hear calls now!

    Like most on here for the first time I was a little sketched out for the most part because I, like some of u on here, found this site a few months ago and didn’t think of using it until recently and I couldn’t find much about it on Reddit or really anywhere. But I decided that it had some of the better prices compared to others especially for Apple products so I took the risk and was pleasantly surprised. If your seeing this review and asking if it’s worth buying off of here I would highly recommend it the product was in a very good working condition. tbh I wouldn’t have been able to tell this phone was refurbished if I didn’t buy it myself. So from my experience I’d say it’s very worth it buying off this site for after market devices.

    The phone was great. It was in excellent condition and the color was really nice. Unfortunately...I bought this phone for my teenage son and it was stolen at school. I wasn't able to get insurance through my carrier because it was refurbished and purchased elsewhere. $700 down the drain. I don't think Back Market insurance covers theft so make sure your phone company offers protection for refurbished phones. Other than that...my experience purchasing from Back Market was positive.

    The iPhone was shipped a day before the estimated time. no scratches, marks or broken parts when looking at the phone and came at 99% battery health which is AMAZING for refurbished. the camera and sound is all working well.

    I ordered the iPhone 14 Plus in “good” condition . But it came better than expected! I ordered a 12 from here last year and the phone had a few scratches (barely noticeable) and like 89% battery..but the phone i ordered this time came in way better condition ! It looks new , battery health is 99% and literally has no visible marks except for one tiny tiny dent that you can’t even really see unless you look for it . I love back market ! And i love my new phone

    Purchased the iPhone 14 Plus, upgraded from an iPhone 7 I know, a big difference. Needed to upgrade because my iOS wouldn't update to 16 so some of my apps weren't working anymore. I love everything about the purchase. The battery is at 97%, with no scratches or dings on the outside, and the screen is pristine. Ran a diagnostic check with the BackMarket app and everything was good on that end. Very satisfied with the purchase and will come back for other purchases in the future.

    Bought yet another phone from Backmarket. Everything from ordering to tracking to delivery has always been a breeze with this company. The phone, an iPhone 14 Plus, is for my son who has been very impressed with it. We wanted unlocked and that was what we received. Backmarket is a nice alternative to Amazon and shipping has always been pretty quick. Thanks for another five star experience!

    I got the iPhone 14 plus good condition but it is amazing it’s in excellent condition in my opinion it feels & looks like I got a brand new iPhone the battery life is great it hasn’t dropped past 85% & i have been out all day! I reccomend 100%

    I got the iPhone 14 plus I’m very excited the phone looks brand new no scratches nor dents I love the color but the only problem I have is the eSIM I’m having difficulty setting up my network but after that I give it a 10/10 I will definitely purchase my 3rd device from them!
