5/5Ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro and it came looking brand new, battery level 100%, with a charging cord as well. The whole process was really smooth and easy. Been recommending Backmarket to my coworkers and friends I'm so thrilled. 4/5The iPhone 14 Pro came in awesome condition! Literally no scratches on the phone whatsoever. The only downside is the front camera/selfie mode has a pink circle in the background. When I snap a selfie, you can see the pink circle in my images. The main reason why I bought this phone was primarily for pictures. It's definitely a bummer that the camera is defective. 4.6/5This is my 4th purchase from back market! Never had a bad experience. This time though I got the iPhone 14 Pro… in good condition. It wasn’t supposed to have any scratches on the screen but it sadly does. Right in the middle also. It says that the “good condition” will still have a perfect screen & it doesn’t. 5/5Excellent condition. I didn’t want to buy a new from from the brand itself after learning about what’s happening in Congo. I don’t want to increase the demand for that company. I got the iPhone 14 Pro and it’s in Excellent condition. I have had it for over a week and it works as good as new. I purchased the Smartish 14 Pro case and it does not work well so I am looking at other cases. 4.5/5My iPhone 14 Pro with 1024G is a wonderful purchase I am so glad I bought instead of choosing the much more expensive 15 Pro. With basically the same camera, there was IMO no real practical advantage in spending a lot more. The new phone was easy to purchase and shipped quickly.
