    Phone came in great condition, almost new and essentially perfect for a “good” quality refurbished phone. Came with an apple braided cable that comes with the phone. Only noticeable mark on the phone is a very small scratch on the screen that is barely noticeable. Overall, great phone and arrived fairly quickly.

    So far so good. The quality is way better than my previous phone which was 11 pro that I purchased from BackMarket as well. The only thing is that I wish with refurbished phone we knew that which part of the device had been refurbished

    I ordered the phone in ‘Excellent’ condition and that is exactly what I got. No scratches, 100% battery health and working perfectly. This was my first time ordering a refurbished phone and BackMarket did not disappoint. Definitely won’t be my last time.

    I love backmarket and recommend it to everyone who mentions they need to upgrade their phones. I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone15 in pink, in good condition and unlocked. The phone looks good as new and came with a charger. I will use backmarket for all my iPhone upgrades.

    Phone was delivered in 2 days and was easy to set up and switch my service over. The phone was packaged nicely and came with a cable and charging block. Got a great deal when I traded my phone in and paid half the price.

    There is at least one micro-scratch, which is slightly noticeable when the screen is turned on. This means I got the screen quality of a "Fair" purchase instead of a "Good" purchase, failing to meet the promise in the condition "learn more." I enjoy everything else about the phone. For example, the battery level is still at 100%.

    Ordered this phone in “good” condition and there was only one micro scratch on the screen that is not even noticeable . The battery life is at 100% . I am really happy and satisfied with my phone it feels brand new! This is my second time ordering from the back market and they always ship quick. The only thing is I did not get the charging box for the phone with my order but luckily I already had one at home.

    this seller is topnotch, they shipped out the product super fast and everything was packed nice, phone was in a separate bag from the charging cable and power supply also bubble wrap was used unlike some other company, phone was in excellent condition which was the condition I selected, and for spending so much money it's happy to know that this company takes pride in the customer experience.     I bought this as an upgrade from my 13pro 128Gb, and I wanted the bigger batter, bigger screen and bigger storage (my 128Gb was running low). The phone came on time, with only minor scratches on the screen. Everything else was pristine. Battery was at 100% health and everything works as normal so far.

    Phone works great! Battery capacity 100%. Like new condition. Not a fan of the aftermarket charger, takes too long. I just use my iPad charger and it works super fast. Only issue was with the delivery. UPS came just before I got off and was supposed to leave the phone at a drop location and never did; so I got the phone three days late.
