I purchased an iPhone 16 Plus. It arrived quickly, was easy to get switched over to my carrier and looked brand new. The battery was in excellent condition. I am very pleased - saved some money and reduced some waste.

When it comes to buying the phone here, it was great. Phone was in perfect condition, battery even came at 100% health. Great experience. My only gripes are with the phone pricing and the quirks from apple but that’s unrelated to backmarket or the seller.

The phone works fine. The condition was just what it said it would be. Generally, when I buy a used Apple device, there’s a balance of the factory warranty with it. This one says it expired in 1978. Even though it was first activated in December of 2024 and it’s currently July What I found out was generally devices like that have been purchased from Apple with no warranty. I’m not sure why they sell them like that but apparently they do. I do have the one year warranty through back market however I’m sure I would have to send it off to get it fixed so it wouldn’t be as convenient as just taking it to an Apple Store to get repaired.

It was my first time buying a refurbished phone. But my 16 came with 100% battery capacity and looks brand new.

Phone was in great condition despite having a few tiny scratches on the screen, but no issues so far. Shop refurbished!

The 16 Plus was in pristine condition when received. Saved a few hundred dollars vs buying directly from Apple. Have bought 3 iPhones and a MacBook from Back Market. All items were in great condition. I will continue to use them in the future.

Phone delivered a week early! I had high anxiety opening the box due to not knowing what I would find. The phone was incredible - perfect in every way! No visible signs it had ever been used, battery 100%, activated perfectly and transferred my backup from my SE3 without any problems. Had to wait many weeks for the iPhone case to arrive, so couldn't enjoy the new phone until yesterday. So far it seems to be working great. The Apple limited warranty is only good for another six months.
