So easy to set up I didn’t see one flaw I’m not exactly sure why it wasn’t a premium iPhone condition the battery health was 100 and all the parts are straight from Apple I’m so happy with my purchase and I’d definitely purchase from here again

I bought the iPhone 16 pro max kind of skeptical about this site because I’ve never heard of it. I was too late to purchase the 16 pro max and I didn’t trust Facebook or other sites. So I bought from here and I got a basically brand new phone. No scratches, no dents, phone works perfectly with 100% battery life and only 9 charge cycles. 10/10 recommend buying from here

My iPhone 16 pro came in the original box, however it was unsealed. But my iPhone 16 pro has zero battery life cycles. Battery life 100 percent. Phone arrived a day before it was scheduled to arrive . This is my second time purchasing through back market both transactions were so seamless! I’m sending in my trade in tomorrow.

My iPhone 16 was delivered to my house and was in great condition. It was easy to set up with my service provider and use of eSIM. Very positive experience with purchasing this phone. I enjoy using it.

This is a big upgrade over my iPhone Xs Max. So much faster and way more storage than my old device. I purchased an “excellent” condition phone but I feel like I received a “good” condition phone. It’s more of a hand me down phone than a refurbished device. I few more dents, scrapes, and scratches than I was expecting. The screen also has a scratch on it. Not a big deal but not what I was expecting. I probably won’t be using Back Market again in the future.

My phone was exactly as I expected it to be and came right on time. I'd have given a five-star review on quality and timeliness. I picked 4 stars for my review based on price. After the iPhone 17 came out, the price of the used iPhone 16's did not drop at all, and they were almost the same price as the new 17's. I bought a used 16 anyway due to timing, and my unique need to get it faster than a 17. This is my second purchase from BackMarket and I would definitely use them again.

I purchased an iPhone 16 Plus. It arrived quickly, was easy to get switched over to my carrier and looked brand new. The battery was in excellent condition. I am very pleased - saved some money and reduced some waste.
