I was worried about buying from here at first, but I can happily say that my experience with my iPhone 16 Pro Max has been flawless. Got it in premium quality the the phone has been perfect. Saved money compared to buying straight from Apple.

I purchased an iPhone 16 Plus. It arrived quickly, was easy to get switched over to my carrier and looked brand new. The battery was in excellent condition. I am very pleased - saved some money and reduced some waste.

So easy to set up I didn’t see one flaw I’m not exactly sure why it wasn’t a premium iPhone condition the battery health was 100 and all the parts are straight from Apple I’m so happy with my purchase and I’d definitely purchase from here again

When it comes to buying the phone here, it was great. Phone was in perfect condition, battery even came at 100% health. Great experience. My only gripes are with the phone pricing and the quirks from apple but that’s unrelated to backmarket or the seller.

The 16 Plus was in pristine condition when received. Saved a few hundred dollars vs buying directly from Apple. Have bought 3 iPhones and a MacBook from Back Market. All items were in great condition. I will continue to use them in the future.

I just got it set up a few days ago, but so far it's great. A newer phone has differences of course, and it takes a little time to figure them out. I really like it - and am again very satisfied with my back market updated phone!!

The device came on time. it came on the exact day it said it was gonna be delivered. i loved the fact that it was not kept at my doorstep. Once fedex got no response at my door cause i wasnt home at that time, they took the phone back to their facility. Apparently it requires a signatured before its delivered. The phone its self came in good conditions, except for a minor scratch close to the front camera which i didnt like. other than that the phone was excellent and it has been working well. ohh i got a cord too.

The iPhone 16 Plus is a wonderful phone. It looks like it is New! The only problem I encountered was that setting it up was not easy. I had iOS 26 beta on my old phone, and transferring the data to the new iPhone was tricky at best. I am still having problems even though I backed up the old phone to the cloud. Every App came transferred without the correct password. It has taken days to rectify, and I am still not sure if it is working.
