Oops! I recently made a new purchase of an iPhone from bacmarkt (Aug 2023) and I noticed i had not left a review of my 7/3/19. Better late than never. I still have this phone and it is operating perfectly in a support back up iPhone mode. I did replace the battery a couple years ago and it is still working in the 100% life charge level. It was easier to replace a iPhone 6 batteries than the newer iPhones.

More than 2 years old, still working great, better than phones I've purchased brand new. I am now ordering another one for my teen daughter who is brutally hard on phones. Why would I even buy one new? Also, the planet is BEGGING us to stop buying new stuff. Oh, and also, the warranty from Back Market is WAY better than the one offered by Verizon on a used device and I avoid the super annoying "upgrade fee" (what a scam). its a win-win.

I'm 80 so can't completely blame phone for upgrading apps, but, the volume is pretty low, even when I turn the volume to full. I have to use the speaker, and some times it is not convenient. Other than that, its ok.

There are like two fine hair-like scratches on the screen 😭 which I thought phones in good conditions shouldn’t have that🤷‍♀️But for the price and amount of storage I received and that everything else works so so so so perfect is like not a complain at all. I have a iPhone 6 which I brought from apple brand new and my battery health is 79%. Meanwhile, this refurbished iPhone has a battery life of 80%. I’m so happy I made my purchase through back market!! Oh and delivery was sooo fast. Came in early and got to surprise my mom with her iphone!

I bought this iPhone for my godson. This Is actually the second phone I bought from Back Market. I’m very pleased with my purchases. I know the phones are refurbished but appeared to be new.
