i was so happy with my order it came within 3 days ! got here pretty fast & the condition was excellent i recommend everybody to order from back market its a really good website for refurbish phones . overall i was so good with my iphone 7

I love the phone it came with 100% battery capacity which is rare to me. Little to no scratches on the front and back the only downside is side is the phone over heats a lot I had it for 1 and 1/2 day so far and it overheated 4 times I had to put it in the fridge lol but yeah it didn’t come with an box for the charger

I’m very satisfied with the product which is a refurbished iPhone 7, the dissatisfaction I have is with myself because I should have spent a little more to get a new battery with the phone and I wasn’t sure if a refurbished phone came with a new battery or not. FOR ANY ONE WONDERING THE SAME THING: No a refurbished phone does not Come with a new battery. However, Back Market is with the money!

The phone was as described. My SON loves it. Shipping was normal so it was OK but I am very happy with my purchase.

I am learning how to use the phone, so I am watching instructions on you tube. So far, everything is going great. The condition was in excellent condition. I purchased 2 phones both came in excellent condition but I ended up having technical problems with one. The seller made good with the problem. They didn’t have a replacement so they refunded the money very fast these phones were the 5th items I purchased from Black Market and I so far am very satisfied. Products have come like new no scratches nice battery life ect. I recommend using Black Market to anyone looking to buy refurbished electronics.

i like the phone for the first time having an iPhone but I didn't know that it was refurbished it has a lot of scratches on the back has dirt in the speakers as well as dirt on the sides wish it was in good condition

I'm leaving this review so others are aware: this website works like Amazon, multiple vendors sell the same product. However, it doesn’t allow you to view the store’s reviews before purchasing, which makes it hard to make an informed decision. After I paid for the phone, I was finally able to see the seller’s reviews and they weren’t great. The phone arrived in the same condition others mentioned: listed as "excellent," but it has noticeable scratches on the back and sides, and the battery health is at 76%. Just a heads-up: you might end up buying from an unreputable vendor without realizing it, and be stuck with a phone that’s far from “excellent” condition.

Was a little tough to get the SIM card out of the old iPhone 7, would have been nice if the tool to exchange the old phone SIM with the refurbished phone had been included with the shipped phone. Everything seems to be working fine right now, hope it continues for at least a few more years!
