Only putting a 5 star so that people can actually see this. I ordered an iPhone 8 plus 128GB in gold and received a red iPhone SE. So I put in a replacement, sent it back to the seller so I can do the replacement and instead of actually sending me the proper phone they just sent me a refund 2 weeks after my initial order. I will also add that the packaging was not that good. The phone was “secured” with bubble wrap in a box that was clearly bigger than it. The box also had 3 SIM card tools that were clearly just tossed into the box. You can see one of them if you look closely. Only positive thing I have to say was that the customer service was decent. I’m disappointed cause I was excited but I should’ve listened to the reviews. Take my advice and do the same.

Hey Backmarket this Tyjea I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to because why not y’all are the best and I want to continue to work with you guys, I just wanna say I love my iPhone 8 Plus 256gbs space gray iPhone for one the iPhone came with a screen protector which is a plus for me even though I brought some screen protectors and cases for my iPhone 8 Plus. I can download so many apps and use this phone for content creation which is why I love it. The only thing I am sad about is I can’t get the new iOS 18 update on here but ima try and see what I can do. But overall I love my iPhone I love my phone so much one more more thing I am mad about before I purchase this iPhone 8 Plus they said this phone was unlocked but when I got the phone they try to say it’s locked meaning I can’t get this iPhone 8 Plus on which I am sad about. When people are purchasing these phones or iPads, laptops, MacBooks, or any other devices make sure they are unlocked for sure because we buying from you GUYS for a reason thank you so much hopefully in the future I can partner up with you GUYS LOVE YALL🥹❤️

I love it!! I ordered excellent condition and I got excellent condition! It works great, no scratches no complaints. It came with a screen protector which I appreciate so much! It also came with a charger and was nicely packaged. I feel like the battery drains a little fast but the battery last me for more than half the day. Be aware though, if you buy an IPhone 8 Plus the phone doesn’t update past 16.0, I believe. I was able to get all my iCloud Photos from my iPhone XR. That’s all I was worried about when buying an older iohone. So if you need a good phone for a low price, look no further!

I unfortunately am a construction contractor, hands on. I ruin one or two phones a year. I have used the iPhone 8 Plus for years. Literally had over a dozen of them. Bought used, since I am so hard on them. From EBay, Marketplace, GameStop, and pawnshops. By far this was the best deal yet. Price, condition, description, & & shipping & handling time! When I ordered "Excellent" instead of "Premium" I expected something to indicate it wasn't perfect. I can't find any defects so it looks "Premium" to me. Backmarket always delivers and never disappoints - on price or quality!

My iPhone 13 battery went out and I needed something nice and affordable to replace it and I came across back-market tech. I had always wanted a 8 plus as my dream phone back in middle school lol..now as a college student I have it now! The battery life is SO GOOD i still have 65% battery typically after a 8 hour shift..and the battery capacity came at 89% while my 13 battery health is 64..I will now be loyal to apple's older models!

Overall, the exact item I ordered came in a reasonable amount of time. Barely has any signs of use except for a few nicks. Battery life was 84%, had gone through around 400 charge cycles and tested negative for spyware.
