When I bought the fair condition I was expecting it to be cracked and the battery would be no so great. When I received my phone, the battery was great, the phone looked brand new and I didn’t see any cracks. I felt like u had just gotten a brand new phone for cheap! I would recommend the fair condition because it is just as great as the rest of them I’m assuming. Thank you Back Market!

So happy with my purchase! I upgraded from my iPhone 7 only because of battery life, and I am definitely not disappointed. So nice to have a device that doesn’t lose charge within an hour. To preserve my new iPhone XR’s performance, I make sure to keep in within 80%-20% as much as possible. Back Market rocks!!!

I just received my refurbished iPhone XR thru Fedex was very skeptical at first but I gave it a try and my iPhone came in 2 days work’s amazing no issues at all but besides the little nickes a phone cover case can cover that. In all I will definitely be buying from back Marcelo again very soon maybe that Apple Watch or the iPhone 13 very pleased with my purchase don’t ever hesitate to buy off BackMarket thank you

This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300
