Great overall value for the specs provided. Cons: - Noticed occasional high CPU temperature spikes, particularly during intensive processes such as major Windows updates. - Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as slight marks on the laptop lid, but nothing serious. - Screen has subtle white spots (likely minor pressure marks); they're not very noticeable during regular use, but worth mentioning. I really like it! I've been using it at work for 2 weeks now and its been good. Although for the first couple days some of the keys took a second press to type it eventually fixed itself and all they keys work! So I cant really complain, this was my first ever purchase and im very satisfied!

I am very pleased with my purchase. I am not a buyer of used or refurbished tech equipment. So I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase as it was in very good condition and I have not had any problems with this laptop computer.Highly recommend Black Market.

Awesome laptop especially for this price. It had a scratch and 80% on the battery but that’s just stuff you should expect buying refurbished electronics. I will definitely consider buying from black market again

This is awesome! I had to get a new laptop for work but didn't have the budget to go drop $800 on a new one. Got this one in "excellent condition" and that describes it perfectly. Looks like it was never even touched before. Is working perfectly, charged up quickly and holding the charge. What an awesome deal.

The Dell Latitude laptop came delivered in a well designed protected box and the laptop looked brand new for half the cost of what would have been a new laptop if I hadn't bought from Back Market. Thank you Back Market for making refurbished laptops easily available. This saved my dad a ton of money and works just as good as a new laptop for him. The plus side it comes with a 1yr warranty so he was less concerned of it being a used laptop once he heard its covered if he has any hardware issue arise while using it.

Very happy with my refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad T480S. I haven't had a computer in years, and is taking some getting used to. But overall it works great, is in pretty good condition, good price, and shipping was fast. I've bought a few android phones and now a laptop from backmarket and have had a great experience every time. I will continue to buy from backmarket, every time the wife or kids break a phone.
