Condition was great. Packaged and arrived perfect. It is a great microwave in every way and has worked perfectly. If I had any input to manufacturer I would say make the keypad easier to see or backlit.

Came fully refurbished as expected and it works just as well as expected for 5000 BTUs. Quite a decent deal too! This was my first transaction with Back Market and I am very pleased.

loved how fast the item arrived to my doorstep. however , it was missing some of the installation screws / remote. besides for a “excellent ” item it looks flawless . absolutely loved it

Much nicer than described. Some cabinet damage, but that's what you expect with scratch and dent. Unit was obviously dropped by the carrier, which added a minor crack to a bottom corner. Substantial packing prevented the damage from being much worse. Works perfect. No complaints.

Perfect and didn’t take long at all :)!

It took longer then thought. Got a little hung up waiting for a nicer acceptable until and it only took a a week. I was presented and recieved a much better looking unit. I recieved a like new United that worked perfect as far as I can see.

it works fine. I had never purchased a Midea product before.

Company called before they shipped it showing me the dents. It was packaged pretty well. Only problem was I called them back a few times so it took a week for them to ship
