I ordered the refurbished Lenovo 100E Chromebook 2nd gen Ast from Firestar. It was listed in fair condition, shipped quickly and was in better than fair condition in my opinion. Problem was, the keyboard didn't work. I called Cliff from Beta Macs - the company known on backmarket as Firestar, and he was sO cool, he refunded me in moments. And rather than send me a return label, he told me to just keep it, no questions asked. And suggested I buy an external keyboard - which I did next day @ five below. Awesome service from both backmarket with refund posted in 2 days and Beta Macs for stellar and prompt service by Cliff, a real ace and helluva nice guy.

I've had this laptop for about a week and a half. I was worried about getting a refurbished laptop but the laptop works perfectly. I use it primarily for school and it is able to handle multiple tabs. Overall happy I made the purchase and got it for a good price.

My refurbished Lenovo T490 is super. Very clean and very functional. I appreciate the updates on shipping, the way it was packaged, and how much lighter, and how much faster and easier it is to use. This is a newer version of my old computer. This was a refurbished model and honestly you wouldn't be able to tell except for the label on the box. Works perfectly, no issues at this point. The transaction with Back Market was easy, shipping quick. I would shop with them again.

The Lenovo laptop was delivered earlier than expected, in excellent condition for a refurbished computer and was very easy to set up. It is used lightly, mainly with social media so it is most satisfactory especially for the price.

This new laptop is exactly what I needed, and I got it for a fraction of the competitors' prices. I guess it has been refurbished, but I would never know if they didn't tell me. Top-notch service and competitive prices will keep me coming back.

Shipping and condition were great. I had to manually re-install Windows onto the correct SSD with a flash drive and third party software. It wasn't hard and I learned a little bit during the process, though a disclaimer of some sort for the less tech savvy of us might have been nice. The physical wear and tear was negligible, I only noticed some corner wearing and the charging port is a little loose for my liking. I'm not sure if that's just a factory issue or the result from some sort of hardmod, but it doesn't impact my ability to charge the laptop, it's just mildly annoying. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the condition based off the price and listed condition. I have had zero software issues with the laptop since re-installing Windows; I may have had more difficulty without access to another PC. I did have another one though, and the process left me feeling pretty satisfied with myself as a tech noob, so it's not worth knocking a star off for. I'll probably be using this service again and I would buy from this seller again.

Fantastic! After some negative experience with another vendor (Regadget LLC) who sent me an "excellent" notebook with different (less performant) specs and vinyl glued over the actual less than "excellent" condition, I now received a truly excellent notebook that is worth its description. Actually it looks, feels and behaves like new! Whenever I am buying another piece of hardware on backmarket, I'll make sure to buy from BuyRefurbished!
