Great purchase! The monitor is sharp, crisp, looks brand new, but was a quarter of the price. I don't think I'll ever buy a monitor at full price again! Not to mention that shipping was faster than promised, and included in the listed price.

Overall, I'm very impressed with the Lenovo ThinkVision monitor. It offers excellent image quality, a sleek design, and plenty of features for the price. The shopping experience was amazing - highly recommend!

came in perfectly! had no problems and it had shipped and delivered 5 days before estimated date. works great, looks great. if you’re thinking it’s a metal/silver finish, it’s not, it’s all plastic (except for maybe the stand) . but it still looks good.

Box was damaged by carrier, however the packaging of the used/refurb monitor was immaculate. Many of the components looked like they were heat sealed. The monitor itself was in overall good condition. All ports worked properly and I've been able to hook up all my peripherals. It is one of the few monitors aside from Dell where there's an Ethernet jack. I like how there's no external power brick. The only problem is on the right side of the display where there's a bit of light bleed. If you have a split window set up, the right window looks like it's sliding off the display. This doesn't happen on the left side.

The product came on time and looked like it was in perfect shape. However, if the power cord isn’t positioned perfectly it will turn off. Also the colors look a little dim but that might just be the same for all of Think Vision E24Q-20.

Condition is as advertised, there are scratches on the stand which I don't even see when I'm using it. I have found nothing wrong with the display. I appreciate the power cble and 2 display cables that came with it, honestly I wasn't expecting that.

The monitor was delivered days ahead of schedule. It was packaged professionally and arrived in excellent condition. The monitor works flawlessly. Just as expected. Took a bit to figure the onscreen controls for the T27I-30. Took a week before I realized that red-button actually moves diagonally. To activate the up/down arrow. Apparently Win10 is the minimum Windows O.S. Lenovo lists for this monitor. I have it HDMI'd to WIN7. Even found WIN7 drivers for it and NVidia recognizes it. Maybe there's some fine-tuning capability with WIN10 drivers. (Like with the blue-light feature). But so far, so good on WIN7. Oh, love the versatility of the stand too. This monitor normally retails for over $300. Got it for $160. I call that a bargain -The Who. Definitely coming back to BackMarket & CNE Direct again.

This was a pretty close match to my existing Lenovo monitor. I'm now using both together in a dual monitor setup. Shipping was fast, packaging was solid. No complaints! Thanks!
