I am highly satisfied with my MacBook Air and will most certainly return for the purchase of other items! Product was refurbished, but you could not tell it at all. No dings, no scratches, works great, long battery life and came with a new charger and cube! A+++

This is my 5th device purchased from Back Market and what a terrific refurbisher! This MacBook Air is a good machine. However, it was marked "excellent condition," but it was not as flawless previous devices I've purchased from BM. There were minor scratches on the screen, minor scratches on the lid, and about 6 of the keys are well worn and very shiny due to use. Assuredly, not in excellent condition by Back Market standards. However, with the purchase of a plastic cover and a thin keyboard cover, the problem is not visible.

I use it for web browsing, email, document creation, light photo editing, and even some occasional coding. It's responsive and doesn't lag. * Condition: My MacBook Air arrived in better condition than I expected for a "Good" rating. There were a couple of very minor cosmetic blemishes, barely noticeable, and certainly nothing that impacts functionality. Ordering and delivery were great. I was definitely hesitant ordering refurbished, but overall it’s been a good experience. Took a gamble with getting a “good” condition and so far I’ve only found a couple of things. The right click button doesn’t seem to work and the speakers only seem to work on the left side. It works Overall it is a great deal and wonderful way to get a good product. Will likely buy again

I ordered refurbished, so I wasn’t worried about the dints and dings, worked fine until today it will not turn on. It was delivered around the start of this month and lasted 20 days before it stopped working.

Definitely not disappointed with this purchase. I was looking for something budget friendly and I was skeptical on refurbished but after doing some research I was pleasantly surprised with this option. Would 10000% recommend

I'm not a fan of refurbished items, but my 14 year old MacBookAir needed a new battery. I spoke with a tech repair man who advised me to go to Back Market and buy a refurbished Mac. He advised that this company has never let him down. I'm an elderly lady and not tech savy at all. Their company made it easy to understand RAM's and the like. I know nothing about the workings of the hardware in a computer. This company, Back Market made it very easy for me to understand and to quickly purchase what I needed. The computer was shipped quickly and it was like brand new. It has been wonderful to work on. Thank you Back Market. I will use them again.
