No freaking way I paid 688 for a “fair” MacBook Pro M1 Pro 512 gb that is literally in brand spanking new condition has like 2 tiny scratches in the back I wa so tempted to pick good or excellent condition but glad I didn’t saved like 300 bucks thank you backmarket!!

I recently purchased a MacBook Pro (2021) 16-inch - M1 Pro (10-core CPU, 16-core GPU) - 16GB RAM - 512GB SSD from Back Market in “Good” refurbished condition, and I have to say—I’m beyond impressed. As someone with experience repairing these laptops, I can confidently say this unit is in excellent condition. The battery health is at 92%, the display is flawless, and all ports function perfectly. The only imperfections are a very small hairline scratch on the Apple logo and a tiny chip near one of the feet on the bottom, both of which are barely noticeable. Given the price, this was an amazing deal, and I highly recommend considering refurbished products from Back Market. The overall experience was exceptional—customer service was responsive and helpful, shipping was fast, and the website is well-designed and easy to use. I also traded in my iPad, and while the process is still ongoing, the trade-in value quoted was great. So far, this has been a fantastic purchasing experience, and I will most likely buy from Back Market again in the future. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, don’t hesitate—this is the way to go!

The MacBook Pro I purchased is in excellent condition, despite being graded as "fair." I cannot see any flaws at all. I've had it for a week now and have been working with it daily, and it's working beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend buying a refurbished product from iPower Resale and Backmarket. This purchase came after 2 failed attempts with other purchases. I first purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. It appeared to be working well at first, but after a few hours of use, it started incessantly beeping every 7 seconds. This would happen every day. I was going nuts trying to troubleshoot it and went back and forth with Backmarket support. After running apple diagnostics, I discovered it had a faulty battery. The customer support was excellent and the return was seamless. I assumed that the first bad Mac Book was just really bad luck because I had previously purchased an iPhone and iPad through Backmarket and they were excellent (and have been excellent for years). I immediately purchased another Mac Book Pro, also from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. This one also appeared to be working well ...

I purchased a refurbished 13" MacBook Pro M1 (2020 edition) from BlackMarket, and I couldn't be happier. The laptop arrived in near perfect condition with only very minor blemishes. The laptop is in perfect working order, plenty fast, fantastic battery, and exceeded my expectations.

I got my MacBook Pro really fast and am thrilled with my purchase. Everything works as expected and I'm happy that I was able to save so much money by buying a refurbished one. I can't think of any reason not to shop here again. I highly recommend!

I ordered this MacBook M1 Pro (2020) in “Good” condition, in Silver, 16GB of RAM, and 256GB SSD. The total came out to about $645. Not Bad! The battery health was at a solid 89%… The shipping time was average, about 5 days if I remember correctly. There was a minor scratch on the Apple logo, and some small signs of use on the edges. It was barely noticeable coming out of the box. It did come with a 65W charger! I use it a lot now and would definitely recommend.

This is the second macbook I have bought from backmarket, first being a 2017 MacBook Pro. I am very pleased with the quality of both units. This unit does have slightly more wear upon closer inspection but no so much as to be distracting or ugly. I'm fairly tech savvy and do an inspection of the interior as well and my main complaint is the refurbisher clearly didn't thoroughly clean the inside of the unit, there was dust and debris inside the fans and heatsinks. Though this is a minor issue to fix, im sure most people arent comfortable opening up their unit and blowing it out with compressed air. I would say im a 4.5/5 for this purchase, would be 5/5 if there was just a little more attention to detail with the interior cleaning instead of just an inspection!

I take the MTA everyday and I kept seeing the BackMarket ads everywhere and one day I downloaded the app. I was somewhat skeptical about the low prices and did my research and everything looked legit so I went ahead and purchased the M1 Pro fair condition . It arrived like two days later and although it was a little dirty I cleaned it up a bit and it looked brand new. Prior to this I was doing audio work on a 2013 MacBook Air with 4gb ram , needless to say this a game changer and I’m very happy with my Purchase

I was totally not expecting it to look this clean, for a fair grade it’s dang near perfect there’s only one dent on it in a place you’d barely pay attention to. 91% battery health screen is clean and i couldn’t be happier. I got this to get on my streaming and content creator journey and I’m grateful for the opportunity to snag one of these!
