I’m pleased with my purchase. The computer was physically in excellent condition. There was some chunky stuff in the keyboard which prevented the W and E keys to not register properly, but I was able to clean it out! Overall, the computer looks great, the specs are great, and it’s perfect for my job. I would definitely order from BackMarket and this specific refurbisher again! Edit: I did have to clean and disinfect the entire laptop. There were crumbs and juice or coffee stains in the body of the computer.

OMG ITS HERE!!!! I've been bouncing off the walls since i ordered my MacBook, and let me just say. its absolutely perfect. the battery was already changed and i used CoconutBattery (back market recommends it) to check the DC of the battery and it was at 99.4 :O!! thats almost perfect, i would have been happy with 85, but thats amazing!! I've always wanted a MacBook and im so glad i took the leap by going the refurbished route! I picked excellent btw, and my expectations were beyond met :D p.s some reviews mentioned a missing charger. i got a brand new apple one. thought I'd let you know if your picky about bootleg chargers.

I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. The item arrived in excellent condition as stated. Just wish the shipper didn’t put such strict restrictions on the package for delivery but beyond that everything else was great. MacBook runs smoothly and has great battery life compared to my prior MacBook Pro.

I've had my M1 Macbook Pro for about a month now and its great! It's pretty much like a brand new machine, with only minor scratches on the lid but that's it. (I've selected the 'good' condition when I made my purchase.) The battery cycles were only at 18 on my initial boot and set up, so the battery is in excellent condition. As is the rest of the laptop aside from those very minor scratches on the lid. Everything functions as should, keyboard and touch bar are perfect (no faint backlit keys either.) It didn't come with the official Apple charging cable & brick so I was a little skeptical about that, however the cable they sent me is longer than the official Apple one so that's a plus there. The brick I received was an Awanta, seems generic but works and charges the laptop fairly quickly, so not an issue with that. For my first purchase here I'm definitely satisfied and would gladly recommend buying from Back Market.

Macbook Purchased: MacBook Pro M1, 512gb, 16gb ram, fair condition. I bought this MacBook for the use of collage, personal usage (movies, shows, youtube, google, etc), and software usage (Adobe After Effects). So far, after purchasing it, there has been no regret or any disappointment from this laptop. The battery life is insane. After a single charge I get about 7-10 hours of usage and still have about 60-70% left to use on the laptop. The performance is crazy good! I use this laptop for editing here and there and it has not once crashed on me. Heating fans never turned on or have not overheated just yet, and much more. I have multiple tabs open, multiple applications open, music playing etc and it has yet to burn up. I was lucky enough to finance this laptop through the use of affirm at check out which has been great! Just in time for school and so much more. I did buy a macbook once, recently but it was not as great as this M1 Laptop. I had purchased a Macbook Pro 16 inch, i9, 32gb of ram. Very impressed with my macbook. Laptop came in superb condition. I bought an Excellent condition Macbook Pro M1 (2020) and there was one or two little tiny nicks on the corners but that's about it. Battery came at 91% so not too bad. Overall everything is great and I'm glad I bought this here.
