Huge deal and the device feels brand new! The only issues I have is that the charger isn't the most efficient and there is one tiny (not so noticeable) scratch on the back. Otherwise a perfect device.

My purchase experience was awful. I ordered this surface pro with the keyboard included and when I received the surface there was no keyboard. I then had to chat with the customer service agent for over 2 weeks while they tried to figure out whether they were going to send me a keyboard or not and they eventually said that I either needed to return the surface pro and get a refund or get a $20 rebate for me to buy a keyboard on my own.. a keyboard that costs $100. I took the refund, very disapointing experience.

I bought this surface pro for school and it came with a charger that doesn't work. It has been several days and the response has been terrible. Bad customer service
