Huge deal and the device feels brand new! The only issues I have is that the charger isn't the most efficient and there is one tiny (not so noticeable) scratch on the back. Otherwise a perfect device.

I was nervous about buying a refurbished item especially when I have to wait for a few days to get it. I got the item in a huge huge box that was secured inside. Though the box of the item was open and was not secured. Maybe forgot to tape it in place but the item was intact. I looked and the item I bought was more than what I expected. It was in a very excellent condition for the price I paid for it. No scratches or dings on it. It looked like it was brand new. After using it for a few weeks, I would say it was worth the buy. No problems for me software and hardware-wise. The only issue was the actual box that could have been taken care better so the item does not come out of the acutal box.
