Microsoft Surface Pro 8 13-inch (2020) - Core i5-1135G7 - 8 GB - SSD 128 GB

Huge deal and the device feels brand new! The only issues I have is that the charger isn't the most efficient and there is one tiny (not so noticeable) scratch on the back. Otherwise a perfect device.

The product was received half ready. It was lagging from the beginning, neither the camera was working. The scariest part, they have sent 128 GB storage device whereas I paid for 256 GB storage device. I don’t know what went wrong but horrible experience.

Would have been better if the charger had been properly sized to charge the tablet. The specs call for a 65Watt unit, but was shipped with a 30Watt unit. I called BM tech support and was told I could purchase a local replacement and submit the receipt for a refund. This turned out to be false advice. The seller did eventually send me a Chinese knock-off charger a week later, but never reached out to tell me. By then I had already bought a new one locally. I'm out $97 for the charger, so not quite the bargan I thought it was going to be.

My purchase experience was awful. I ordered this surface pro with the keyboard included and when I received the surface there was no keyboard. I then had to chat with the customer service agent for over 2 weeks while they tried to figure out whether they were going to send me a keyboard or not and they eventually said that I either needed to return the surface pro and get a refund or get a $20 rebate for me to buy a keyboard on my own.. a keyboard that costs $100. I took the refund, very disapointing experience.
