I decided to order this Surface instead of a new model to replace my old (dead) Surface Pro 3, because I just wanted to be able to browse the internet and watch videos. The order shipped quickly. The Surface arrived in pretty much perfect condition. I've had no issues with functionality. It's compatible with the keyboard I had for my Surface Pro 3 which was a huge plus. The battery life isn't great but that's expected of a used/older device. I mostly just keep it plugged in during use anyway. This was my first purchase from Back Market and I am extremely happy with my experience.

Very happy with my purchase. Tablet works great and I can accomplish what I need to do with it. My Mom purchased a Ipad 5+ years ago and it still works and that's why I decided to order a tablet from BackMarket.

Not bad at all amazing condition and it works like a charm my only downside for this device is the Bluetooth doesn’t connect with my car how ever I can use the headphone jack out to get audio out of it. Other than that it’s so nice I’m loving it. I will definitely comeback to Backmarket when I need another surface pro tablet.

Amazing fun device at an incredible price. I used to own a few of these in the past. The GO version work great for surfing, streaming and TV running Office docs . I also run light development work and a Linux VM. Very capable.

The device is literally in Mint condition as described + Quick shipping , such a professional business… BackMarket , you are doing a perfectly great job ! I am really impressed … I rarely write a review on any product, but this is definitely deserve a 5 Stars rating

The listing was for a Surface Book 3 in "Good" condition, but it looked brand new. No scuffs, scratches or dings. Upon receipt, I charged the device and ran my normal diagnostic/stress tests. The battery health was almost perfect, the CPU and GPU benchmarks were on par with a new machine and the SSD was in perfect working order. If you're on the fence about refurbished, take the chance. My only complaint is the charger that was sent with my PC was a Dell branded USB-C charger in place of a Surface Connect charger.

I have enjoyed this laptop. It still impresses me with amazing battery life. I have allowed it to sleep since I charged the battery, off and on, and so far it has lasted 5 days and it still has an average of 60% between the two batteries. Thank you so much.

Nice clean unit. Look and feel was good. They gave a broken charger. I had to buy a new charger. I was expecting that the charger should be fine. This is the second review with the broker charger. Seems like the seller is intentionally doing it

We were pleasantly surprised when we we received the surface pro in the mail. It is in beautiful condition. My husband has been using it and he loves it…he says that it stays charged for a good 7 hours. So far, we have no complaints. Well, worth the purchase .

I had never heard of Back Market, but on the advice of a friend I gave it a try. I am sorry I didn't know of them sooner. My Surface Pro looks like it came from the factory and functions that way. I did not need the cost or power of a new tablet so this one filled the bill. As far as the tablet goes, I love it! It does what I want as well as an ipad, and plays happily with the Windows ecosystem which is just what I wanted.
