4/5Yeah the surface is great nothing noticeable works fine but it didnt come with a charger and not much i can do after it dies so i had to buy my own.

1.8/5I ordered a laptop under "good condition" and I got a laptop that was worse than fair condition. I was even shocked that they would even sell this. And worst of all, it's been almost 2 weeks since I requested a refund and returned the item and I still haven't gotten my refund. Very quick to charge the money but not when it comes to returning it.
