I received this order yesterday the 26th. I bought it on the 20th. I thought that it would be shipped by UPS, not USPS The packing was not that safe to be shipped thru USPS as they are very careless with their shipping. I like the feel, and the color, but will need a case to protect it. I used the Galaxy S22 that I bought from you last April (order # 4454602) as the trade in. I never was very happy with the S22, it had issues with the sim card, could not hear the ring very well, and was rather hard for me to use. Too many extras and the on-off button was right where I hold it. I have had Motorola phones before and liked them. It is not turned on yet. Am going to Verison today as the S22 is very difficult to switch the contents to another brand of phone. will keep you posted.

The phone is amazing. It's a very pretty phone. Have been getting to know it for a week or so. Takes fabulous pictures. Love the gestures to control the phone. When I ordered it, I was sent an email for tracking. These folks have a customer service department that tracks your phone for you, keeps you notified every step of the way. All in all, very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, Back Market! BTW, my phone was rated at a B for physical condition. When it arrived, only a couple of scratches on the back. Otherwise, pristine. Again, thank you, Back Market.

Absolutely a FANTASTIC PHONE. I order mine in "Fair" condition, but when I received it, it's appearance is BRAND NEW. Perfect in every way. Extremely happy with Back Market in every aspect. product was not as advertised. Phone was supposed to be dual sim and product delivered was single sim. I paid a primeum for double sim and did not receive it. what can I do? who do I talk to.? how can I get the right product?
