This is the third purchase I have made from Back Market. All have been phones and all have been received in like new condition. I will continue to upgrade devices this way as it just makes good sense. Oh. and it's a great value for those that are budget-minded. Thanks Back Market

product was not as advertised. Phone was supposed to be dual sim and product delivered was single sim. I paid a primeum for double sim and did not receive it. what can I do? who do I talk to.? how can I get the right product?

The phone is working perfectly, I love everything about it. The only problem is that I received a single sim phone and not a dual sim as indicated.

The condition of the phone was excellent I thought, only rated good by you guys. I was unable to have the phone activated by Boost Infinite with with their SIM card as I was doing the set up with them on phone I gave them the IME number and it came back as invalid. About 3 days later I tried with the company I have internet with, Spectrum and they told me the same thing. That they could not activate something that had a SIM card denial like that. So basically my data was never added to the phone. I never able to use the phone because I couldn't get a SIM card to work in it or anybody to activate it for me for whatever reason. I need to set up a refund for this phone.

I purchased the Asurion protection plan and of course i cracked the screen on my phone. Asurion is an absolute scam. They had me fill out a bunch of forms that are confusing and are clearly trying to keep people from filing claims. I finally thought i had everything submitted, and now they are telling me they need a PHOTO of the phones model and serial number. A serial number on a phone is underneath the battery. This is the last purchase i will make from this website. I was ripped off by asurion, but there is simply no way that Back Market did not know this about them. What a ripoff.
