Works flawlessly! The battery's definitely not new but compared to my backup that I was working with this is more than an upgrade. And for the price! Wow!! The only TINY complaint I have, and it doesn't really matter, but I didn't receive any charging cord with the phone. But like I said it doesn't really matter because I have a bunch of USB-C cords from my Pixel.

the phone looked brand new shipping was fast and packaging discrete. the cord provided wasn't the original Red oneplus cord but still that was extra anyways so yes highly recommended

Everything good, however there is a few scratches that are very noticable on the camera lens. Does not seem to noticabley (yet) affect camera performance, but still concerning. Otherwise, handset is perfect and at a great price.

Amazing Phone. Love that it has a pop up camera for selfies. Unfortunately after having it for 3 years I ended up cracking the screen. It still works perfectly (except for the cracked screen).

I accidently drop my old oneplus 7 pro in pond for almost 2hours and it not totally damaged but need to replace new one. I bought same phone because i really love it. I received the phone in very good condition, beyond my expectation. I recommend BackMarket to my friends, if you don't need fancy phone , this is good website to find a very practical deal.

The value was great for what I paid and the communication with the seller, Device Giant, is fantastic. When I first got my OnePlus 7 Pro, it worked incredibly but I had a couple problems with the "T-Mobile locked" part if it. First, the fact that I couldn't unlock the carrier due to not being able to get in touch with the device's original owner, and Second, T-Mobile's bright pink bootloader. I had returned the device out of frustration. After getting informed from a tech expert at OnePlus that they might be able to unlock the carrier and change the bootloader back to the stock OnePlus bootloader, I told the seller that I regretted returning the device and they sent it back. Device Giant were very kind the whole time. A little iffy start, but overall I am very satisfied with my purchase :)
