Am still learning the details of this phone. While it is an Android, it is not what I was used to with Samsung. The Dual Sim is working well, and believe will work better as I learn more! The phone does have a hair line crack in the upper left side. Hardly noticeable, yet concerned about moisture? what do you think? The phone has not experienced and trauma since I opened the box, and did not notice the hairline crack till a few days later. Purchased an excellent case for it, yet have not placed a screen protector on. Thanks for asking!!

the was good at first, day 2 and the phone only said the brand and a few hours later the phone stopped charging and didn't turn back on also was not compatible with Us Cellular

Great phone! I installed one sim card but forgot the pass word the other so I am waiting to see if it will in fact be able to negotiate between two sim cards, one European and the other American. But the camera is great, so is the ease of use. This refurbished phone is a gem!
