I paid $30 for a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. The exterior of the case has like a textured surface to it, and that surface is worn, scratched, and scuffed off all over. The right ear bud has a deep scrape on it. To be honest, all of these things add character in my opinion as the buds function flawlessly. The noise canceling on the Buds 2 Pro really is top tier. I'm really impressed. I'm paired with a Samsung Galaxy Note 20, which allows me to take full advantage of all the features the Buds 2 Pro offer. This was my first BackMarket purchase, but it most certainly won't be my last. I really appreciate the sustainability the site offers in this one aspect of my life.

Headphone quality is great. The outside of the case looked like it had some build up on it, but there wasn't. The last owner tried to scratch off the matte finish to reveal the glossy plastic underneath. Has no effect on how the headphones operate. well worth the pre-used discount. I'll probably buy a case cover so I can put a couple on the case.

A great price and even though I chose the lowest quality I was still very impressed, especially for the price. when I need new electronics Backmarket is ALWAYS my first choice! You keep me up to date at an affordable price and I know that if something isn't working properly or of I'm not satisfied, you have always made it right!

headphones arrived 2 days after I ordered. they are in phenomenal condition and included the original box, charging wire, and different sized ear tips. sound quality is great they are fully functional arrived with a full battery charge and synched up to my phone instantaneously. I've been using them for 10 days straight daily and have had no issues with them. Aside from adjusting to which direction the buds go into the charging case admittedly the most minor of issues and primarily on me. These are the second ever item I bought from Backmarket and on top of everything else. They were roughly $90 cheaper than brand new and included a 1 year warranty. I'll definitely be using Backmarket in the future for any tech purchases.

Buying the expensive present model of Galaxy earphones didn't make sense for as the newer model is coming out soon, but I wanted a good pair to tie me over, so after coming across the Back Market ad on one of the NYC subway trains, checked out the website. I decided on this refurbished model. It is very good value for money. The quality is great and the process of payment and receipt of product was flawless. Thanks.

Awesome earbuds. I'm really glad I got these. The case is very scratched up on the exterior but charging, battery life, standby time, and wireless charging are all working great. Connectivity was a breeze and there's been no issues with one of the earbuds not charging or anything. The price was amazing for these $35 ish when they're regularly still going for over $100. One thing to note with refurbished earbuds...don't worry....they were pristine! Perfectly clean all around. The inside of the case and buds themselves looked brand new, the only indicator that they're refurbished are the scuffs on the outside of the case. At this price i might get a second pair just because!

Love these bugs. They have great sound and stay in my ears while exercising. Glad I purchased at a savings!

so far they are working excellent and by far one of my favorite headphones. They are even my friends favorite headphones for me to use for discord calls

My first time going through BM and the delivery was early, and the Buds 2 Pro is superior than ant other I've tried. and they amplify sounds when not listening to music. Its so cool!!!!!
