I am pretty happy with my Samsung Galaxy, A14 i’m just having a little trouble finding the perfect case for it. I would like some suggestions for a white colored case that won’t turn yellow in a two week period. & looking for one that is also protective.

This a very good Samsung phone. As always, the phone was in near new condition and at a price almost anyone could afford. My daughter-in-law's son has the same model (A14 5G) and I was impressed with its quality and features so when my son wanted a "new" phone, I got him this one. No problems.

Unfortunately it is not working right and I need to send it in for a refund. It keeps dropping out of cell service, I have done all I can to fiddle with network settings but it just seems to have a hardware issue.

Phone was delivered quickly but i missed the first delivery attempt. No problem, Back Market was in touch with me to give all info I need for next delivery attempt. Phone looked pristine and is working like new as fast as I'm concerned. They have a 1 year warranty incase I have any issues.

Purchase another phone from back market again. The phone was in perfect condition and the shipping was great. I was supposed to get the phone on the 18th but it was delivered 2 days earlier. I will probably get more from back market!

I thought I was getting a factory unlocked phone but it a Verizon unlocked phone. It works on my mint mobile but keeps telling me I am not using Verizon Sim card. PHONE IN GREAT CONDITION but still not the factory unlocked phone I was thinking I bought.

the item was GREAT, I returned it because it waived the Tracfone banner at startup, and it didn't tell me about that in the description. I thought I was I was getting a "locked" Verizon phone, who is my provider. I didn't want an old prepaid cell. The phone is exactly what I wanted minus the Tracfone banner.

Great phone. looks almost like new. battery great. wish it would come with normal fast charger block. but overall best purchased

the phone is in perfect condition, shipping came sooner that it was projected and the service with back market is phenomenal!
