Phone seems fine. Works fine except it the digital wellbeing/screen time always says 0, never shows how much I use my phone. I've also noticed the screens a bit broken, there's some weird discolored lines running down it, but I really only notice when the phone off and the screen is black. Doesnt seem to affect the screen use at all atm. Everything else is great so far, the phone works great. This was my first time purchasing a used phone so I'm glad it's been a good experience.

Exceeded expectations. Chose excellent as premium was out of stock. Phone arrived fast; simply but nicely packed. Excellent it was, not a scratch or blemish, screen perfect; battery strong. Only had it about 10 days but everything working fine.

The phone came quick, it was in good condition, it works good and has good battery life. I used their guide to get it set up and functioning with T-mobile. That went fine, and I've been using it a few weeks now, and all is well.

I absolutely love my Galaxy a14 Samsung phone. Features most important to me - a good sound system, screen clarity, ease of operation, and lots of extra storage space. For a low-cost model, A14 meets all these needs. The phone's condition was rated excellent, and it looked brand new. My one concern was storage space. The vendor listed that there was no card storage tray. I double-checked on the Samsung site and found out the Micro SD card shares space with the Sim card, and takes up to 1 T of storage. A micro sd card works fine. I also love dealing with BackMarket. I love their whole philosophy, their 1-year warranty on refurbished products, the pricing, and the shipping speed. I am already telling friends and family about BackMarket.I will check back often for other electronics.

I'm very happy with my BackMarket experience. Bought a used Galaxy A14 5G for my grandson and it's just as advertised. Works very well and looks new. I'll probably buy my next phone from them as well.

the galaxy a14 5g works beautifully. when it boots up you see xfinity, but it it is unlocked and as I installed Sim from my other device, my carrier sent the update for their network. it pretty much was all said and done within 5 minutes. Condition of the phone, well you would think it was new!
