Exactly as described. Some scratches and dings on it as is expected from a certified refurbished product. Shows at&t on start up, but is definitely unlocked and usable with any other compatible provider. Quality product for an affordable price.

Although, twice, I had to cut it off and on, so that the microphone will work faster than it was (had to seek help from computer)...and then another time, tried to update the software but will not...it says cannot update software...seek again the internet...so I cut it off then it went on a download mode for an hour. Cut it on and checked the updating software, then it worked and dated july 13, 2025....

my son loves it. long lasting battery time. looks and acts new. I've bought at least 5 items from Back Market . and will again. thank you

Works, a little laggy and jerky as far as processing and speed. It hasn't crashed yet which is good. Looks like probably the screen was replaced because there's a little seme on the screen but it's not a big deal. So I'm not really sure what I should expect with a refurbished phone as I have never purchased one before, so I would say adequate, battery life has been good this that's a positive

This is my 2nd phone purchase from back market. Extremely satisfied with both devices. Everything they said it would be. Have and will continue to spread the word. Back market is the way to go when phone shopping.😁

The phone came quick, it was in good condition, it works good and has good battery life. I used their guide to get it set up and functioning with T-mobile. That went fine, and I've been using it a few weeks now, and all is well.

The experience with back Market is fine. They were very accommodating when I informed them that the locked T-Mobile phone is locked to AT&T not T-Mobile so I haven’t been able to use it. And I haven’t been able to send it back just yet because my friend that I bought it for still has it, and I will print out the packing label tomorrow and hopefully get it back to you. I’ve had to use another phone. And my service is now on that one, and they charge me every time I switch it up. but that’s on me. The seller sent me the wrong phone. Whoever got mine, is probably upset too.. So other than that I’ve always had good experience with back Market thank you. PS. I rated it five stars assuming that all of those things were working, but I have no idea if they were because it did not work for us. Accessories were fine. Nothing there and Shipping was a little confusing… probably because they had the wrong phone.!

Exceeded expectations. Chose excellent as premium was out of stock. Phone arrived fast; simply but nicely packed. Excellent it was, not a scratch or blemish, screen perfect; battery strong. Only had it about 10 days but everything working fine.
