I doesn’t fit my needs I need to exchange it

I will need to upgrade soon, because there are some apps necessary that don't run on older phones. However, I had an excellent experience buying this phone and love to not contribute to the ethical costs of the new phone market. I also appreciate the ease of purchasing and customer service at BackMarket, as well as the eco friendly packaging.

I didn’t get the correct charger with the phone. It also keeps giving me a *86 voicemail message, which is from a Verizon service. It also still has Verizon shortcut phone numbers in the contacts list that I can’t delete. The phone still has VZ apps on the phone and it boots up with the VZ logo even though I am not using VZ. The phone was also slightly damaged on one corner. Still with all the issues, I still like the Samsung galaxy S7.

Item was in like new condition and worked flawlessly. My only regret is that I bought an older model phone instead of something newer. It was my first order with Back Market and I wanted to test the waters with something cheap. My next order will be something better.

Aunque al final no me quedé con el producto, debo decir que su servicio y atención fue excelente. El celular llego a tiempo y en muy buenas condiciones. Solo tuve un problema con la compañía para la cual estaba desbloqueado la cual no fue culpa de backmarket. Devolví el celular y al los pocos días me llego mi reembolso. Definitivamente sí que volvería a comprar con ellos.

The product was in good condition overall, though there were some scratches around the side. I assume that’s consistent with the description of the 'Good' category.

this was a replacement for the first phone we purchased. after finding out the initial phone was no longer supported by our carrier, back market let us order a new phone and return thr original phone for a refund with no questions asked. shipped fast. excellent customer service. phone was in excellent condition.
