The monitor arrived packed safely, was easy to set up, and the screen looks great. The stand is the weak link. It works for me in my current desk configuration, but is not adjustable and has a large footprint.

The monitor is as I expected the refresh rate is good for my purposes and it even has some extra functions. The packaging was very well kept and the only thing I really have to complain aout is that I didn't know it has no display port, so I had to buy an adapter.

The item arrived at the expected time and came in the original box with all the cables/hardware looking like new. I'm very happy with my purchase, it saved me money and I've been using it every day since! I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking to get a separate display for their work or creative projects.

UPDATE: After I left a one-star review, my issue was escalated to a manager who offered to issue me the balance of the cost to replace my missing part upon submitting my receipt. I did exactly that and received a refund that made me whole. I am satisfied with the result though I do wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review to get results. I updated my review to 4 stars. Now that I have a power cord, I was finally able to use my monitor which is wonderful and works just fine! ——- My monitor was delivered without the power cord, making it a useless product. When I reached out to Backmarket for a replacement, they offered me $10 and told me to go buy my own power cord. $10 was not enough to cover the cost of a replacement but Backmarket refused to make me whole, even when I showed them screenshots of how much a replacement would cost. I asked them to send me a link where I could buy a replacement for $10, but they were unable to do so. Beware of Backmarket, they do not stand by their products!

Back Market awesome as always. Very quick shipping on this one. But I think this monitor picture quality is only 'ok'......not great. It replaces an Acer 27" curved screen. I always thought Acer was a 2nd tie branr, but I think the image was a bit better. Assumed Samsung would be better. Maybe none of these sub $200 units are going to look spectacular. Some day, might spring for an Apple Thunderbolt. Another pro tip: That beer you didn't spill on your keyboard? (see my Apple keyboard review for the reference) If you drink it while hooking up an audio system w/ a MacMini music server and you knock the monitor over and the screen hits something......then you kill it and have to spend money to replace.....which could have been spent on more beer. Got it?

I put my full trust in Back Market with this monitor. There were minimal, maybe one review on it that I could see on the website, and only one pretty grainy photo provided. I had never used Back Market but I knew they had good reviews. I took what at the time seemed like a bit of a gamble, and made the purchase. The monitor arrived in time, packaged nicely, and so far, no flaws whatsoever. No complaints on my end.

I just received my monitor. The condition is extremely good as advertised. It looks barely used. However, I am disappointed because I chose this particular monitor because of the advertised resolution: 2560 x 1440. I did not look for this monitor on other websites because I trusted the description on Backmarket. Having installed the monitor, I now realize that the maximum resolution is 1920 x 1080 and searching for the specs on Samsung website has confirmed this. I am really disappointed as this was the main reason for me to choose this monitor over other ones.

This monitor exceeds my expectations. It looks brand new, all components were included and it works great! Great picture and the price was very good for the size and condition. I am very pleased!
