If I had gotten this as a gift, I never would have known this is refurbished. Even the screen has no scratches on it. My phone arrived within the promised time with updates along the way ..phone is in excellent condition as I ordered it ,switch over was pretty simple with the help of an email from black market and smart switch from Samsung, screen is perfect, outside cover no visible scratches hardly even know it wasn't brand new to be honest..so far so good as performance and functionality. Big upgrade for me from another Samsung A32..so some features I will have to learn ..I will update if I notice any issues in the future, purchase from the website was smooth and easy ..will be doing the next upgrade from the black market again ..Thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars on an excellent phone upgrade

honestly, I didnt expect my Samsung Galaxy 5 pro to be in as good a condition as it is. It looks brand new and the battery is in great shape holding its charge very well.
