AMAZING!! This is my first ever Samsung product (I’m a loyal apple user) and it’s the BEST thing ever. The customisation is unbeatable. It works sooooooooo fast. It keeps a charge all day. And keep in mind I got this after using iPads my whole life, and I will NEVER GO BACK. The fact that it comes with a charger brick and cord, and a S pen is such a slap in the face to apple, and I’m here for it. Worth the price and more.

The Galaxy Tab S9 was rated "Fair" however I could not find but one faint scratch on the back of the tablet. I would have rated it much higher than Fair. It also came a few days earlier than expected. I have had it almost a week and am enjoying it with zero complaints. I am very satisfied and will be buying from BackMarket again in the future as the need arises.

The device that I purchased was categorized under "FAIR" condition so I expected some exterior imperfections, but the exterior was flawless. It took me about 24 hours to notice the screen had a burned in image of some Verizon advertisement. I think it might have been the display model that sat with the demo page up all day long. I can only see it like a watermark when my screen has a white background, so i just changed my preferences to Dark Mode and I can't see the Verizon watermark anymore. Other than that, the device works perfectly! For the discounted rate, I feel like the price was fair as the device still fully performs it's functions as expected and the used condition is minor. I did much research before buying this device and this is the second device I have purchased from Back Market at a discounted rate that has worked perfectly. I will continue to purchase recycled technology from Back Market.

Purchasing the device went smoothly as did the arrival time. The device is really in excellent quality without any noticeable imperfections. The device seems to perform without issue and I'm happy that I purchased this over a newer model at 2x the price as it does everything I would like it to do. The only complaint is that the S-Pen struggles to connect with the device from time to time but I believe that is due to the pen not being the original rather than the device.
