The item is BRAND NEW! You would never be able to tell it was refurbished. All functions work as intended, but even if there was an issue, I have the added protection! For the price I paid it's more than worth what I received. Love what this company does 🥰

This is not the first we had purchased an item from Back Market. In both instances the process went smoothly and quickly. The item came in a day early from the original arrival date. As for the item, a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, it was rated as "Good" condition, and there was/is a small mark on the outside ring, but otherwise it was flawless. It charged up just fine and connected to my phone with no issue. Overall, very please with the transaction as well as the watch. Will definitely be back to Back Market for future purchases.

Watch is great! It updated a few times when I charged it up but it works really well and the apps and my phone sync up perfectly. The bluetooth aspect is fantastic quality. Buying it refurbished was a good decision.

The watch has been great. Working really well with my Pixel 8 phone. My only complaint is with the charger sent with it. I would have it on the charger over night and then I would notice the watch is the only at 60% battery. So I was worried the watch wasn't working. However, when I looked it up, I found out that 3rd party chargers sometimes won't work with the watch and the watch will pause the charging. So I bought a Samsung charger and now it charges great. If I would not have done the research I would have thought it was the watch and returned it. So just a heads up, it's better to send these watches out with Samsung charges and not 3rd party ones.

I really like my new watch, I would have never been able to have a Samsung watch in time for marching band season without BackMarket to track my steps. The only problem I have with the watch is how quick the battery drains, but that is a quick fix by getting a battery/install at Battery+Bulbs for $20. overall pretty good, I love it <3

this is my 2nd time ordering a galaxy watch from back market.( lost my first one unfortunately and was unable to track it) This time around was better then the 1st, shipping was faster, charger that came with it was a samsung charger and condition was damn near perfect.

It's been about two months since I ordered the watch and it came in fair condition but honestly it was in good condition. Very little scratches on the screen and side of the watch. I bought a case, screen protector and different bands for it and it looks practically brand new. I also bought a Samsung watch charger just to make sure thr watch could hold charge for a while. It took about 3 full charges for the watch to be good for about 36 hours. Best $40 I've spent in a while.

i just bought a samsung watch 4 classic 2 weeks ago and it has been amazing. battery life is not the greatest but i didn't figure it would be since it does have a lot of gadgets constantly being used. When it arrived it literally felt as if i had bought a brand new watch since it had the original box. overall I think I will biy my next phone with backmarket.
