Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! So glad I ordered from Give Back Wireless instead of Amazon or Apple refurbished. Phone works perfectly and was set at a very fair price. 10/10 would order again. so far, I am overall impressed with my recent unlocked iPhone 12. my previous iPhone had a failing battery and I intend to trade it in to get a tiny amount of cash. and my overall intention of getting an unlocked iPhone 12 is for mobile videography and not to show off. the battery lifespan is at 88% 2% below 90. the battery life seems to hold up and I believe I have up to 3 years to get Apple's IOS updates.

I got a fair condition iPhone 13 Pro 256gb and man, this this is like excellent condition! It arrived with the screen and back glass scratch-free!! Only minor scuffs on the sides which is nothing, right!??! This was the lowest prices comparing it to other platforms like Plug or even eBay. I’ve always bought my phone refurbished and on eBay but I have back market a try and they definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Only putting a 5 star so that people can actually see this. I ordered an iPhone 8 plus 128GB in gold and received a red iPhone SE. So I put in a replacement, sent it back to the seller so I can do the replacement and instead of actually sending me the proper phone they just sent me a refund 2 weeks after my initial order. I will also add that the packaging was not that good. The phone was “secured” with bubble wrap in a box that was clearly bigger than it. The box also had 3 SIM card tools that were clearly just tossed into the box. You can see one of them if you look closely. Only positive thing I have to say was that the customer service was decent. I’m disappointed cause I was excited but I should’ve listened to the reviews. Take my advice and do the same.

Decided to go with a premium condition iPhone 14. Arrived fast and exactly as described. Had no signs of use and a battery health of 100%. Probably could have picked an excellent condition phone to save some more money, but very happy with phone that appears in new condition without paying new price.

Honestly, first time using Backmarket. Already out the box; this phone was in better quality then amazons “premium” refurbished phone. I received a iPhone 12 Pro pacific blue. With dents on the front and a non original screen. The phone I got from back market is absolutely beautiful and better than the Amazon one I received. Although; 2 things to note. That the battery was definitely worse. The one I got from backmarket is at 81% while the one I got from amazing was at 92% One side thing I did notice even though I bought this phone at excellent quality the screen has some minor scratches which I’m not too particularly pleased about. Although, it does have Apple OEM parts. So I can’t really be too worried about it. Been using it for a few days and it’s been solid.

I was looking for the best deal on an iPhone 15 Pro with 256GB of storage and was so happy to find Back Market! I got the unlocked fully refurbished version and its in really good condition. Really couldn't be happier with the purchase and happy to have picked up what seems like the last great iPhone apple made.

This was my first purchase from Back Market and I've got to say, I am beyond impressed and pleased with my phone! I was so hesitant and nervous spending so much money on a refurbished phone, and on top of that, using this website because I had never heard of it... but my phone came in almost perfect condition and has been so awesome! I got the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at "good" condition, and 3 weeks into it, this has been the best phone I've ever owned! The battery lasts all day, the screen and camera are so clear, and it's been fast and efficient with everything so far. I couldn't be happier with this phone so far! I am so glad I stumbled across Back Market!

This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days.
