it says the condition is fair but it's in immaculate condition, not a single mark on the screen or frame. they really went above and beyond to restore and refurbished this Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3!! I've been using it for a couple days now and can honestly say when I'm ready to upgrade to the next fold I will certainly be using BackMarket again! #LifeTimeCustomer

My phone arrived within the promised time with updates along the way ..phone is in excellent condition as I ordered it ,switch over was pretty simple with the help of an email from black market and smart switch from Samsung, screen is perfect, outside cover no visible scratches hardly even know it wasn't brand new to be honest..so far so good as performance and functionality.
