Hi, this is my second time ordering off of this app. This is not my first time buying refurbished phones or devices I decided to get something new and I was hearing that the iPhone 14 Pro Max still works pretty good in 2025 it came around 6 PM. Got here in two days. I love it. It’s much bigger than my 13 the maximum capacity came at 84% so it’s pretty good. I bought this in a good condition from looking at it. It has no scratches at all.!! will be buying again

My phone arrived when it was supposed to. It was packaged well, and despite it being labeled as “fair” I only could barely see a tiny little scratch on the side. Once I put a case on there – no more scratch! The phone powered on and worked just like it was new from Apple. I will definitely be buying from back market again and will be recommended them to anyone in the market for refurbished electronics.

pretty amazing 0 scratches anywhere (especially camera lenses - super clean) I’ve bought on amazon ‘excellent’ condition (its dogshit) and certified refurbished from Apple Store, this premium condition here is just as good as apple certified but like 300$ cheaper, would buy over apple certified again if in stock

Well I bought a IPhone 14 Pro Max (excellent condition) wouldn’t take out the box for about a week and a half after I received it, was waiting on the case I had bought to come in the mail. I didn’t want anything to happen to it. The last time I had a new iPhone was 2018. So I was really excited to get it! Just let me say that I am so pleasantly impressed by the quality of my iPhone! I bought an iPhone 14 Pro unlocked and my experience was great! Unfortunately, four days before I bought a screen protector I cracked my screen. Luckily, I added the protection that black market offers for phone so I hope I can get my screen fixed. I am in the process of sending my phone to get fixed after paying a $40 fee.

Blackddragon000 review> before engaging with Back Market,I did a thorough research that reached out to even several reputed review & complaints sites & finally decided to take the plunge ( used/ refurbished elsewhere,I noticed has not much protection that I saw here) & after a period of use/testing congratulated myself on having taken a wise decision > those around me who usually purchase new items were astounded at the condition of this device that looked/ performed the same as a brand new iphone. I'm awaiting the delivery of another Back Market item & am preparing to evaluate other devices soon > also, I'm in discussions with the company about referring Back Market products to others.

Phone was shipped very timely. Arrived in perfect condition. Might as well had been brand new. Works perfectly. Traded my old phone, which that transactioin was seamless, too. Will definitely use Back Market again.
