the Xbox one s was not excellent condition it had a broken HDMI port and broken controller but customer service was amazing and refunded me the money it was a great experience they updated me every day

Every thing worked fine except the controller battery port had corrosion but I just scraped it off and it’s usable now

Sometimes the controller doesn't work but it's occasional, probably used error. the Xbox takes long to load things but also I've had slower consoles before overall it's worth the money I paid and it arrived quickly!

It said good condition but it looks like new the only visible scratch is on the back of the controller which is inconsequential and the device works as expected with no issues

One of the best deals that I have come across for an Xbox, after using the machine it has been a great buy, you can't go wrong here....

this one was in great condition the other one i bought which was black and in good condition the plug in back from xbox to tv is lose and it did not come with xbox original remote it's after market and it won't hook to xbox so u have to us the cord so not happy with other one at all

It was my own fault. I thought I was purchasing an XBox series S. I wanted it to be able to play Starfield. However, I was really purchasing an Xbox One S. It’s too old to play Starfield. I cant really fault Back Market. In fact, the product is in like new condition. The controller feels unused, probably is. It arrived fast and as scheduled. I’m sure I will use Back Market again. I like your business model. I am using it to play Starfield via streaming cloud gaming, not ideal but not a complete waste.

Ordered this in "excellent" condition on 3/14 with an estimated delivery date of 3/22. To my happy surprise I received it on 3/19 which was great. The console itself is definitely in "excellent" condition, a couple of minor scratches on the top that you can't even see unless you're inspecting it, which of course I was. Started right up and works wonderfully. The control seems pristine as well. Beautiful white with black, solid feeling, no drift, no stick to the buttons. If I tried to nitpick it would be that the raised lettering on the LB button has a bit of shmutz on it which I can easily get rid of with a Q-tip. That's literally as critical as I can be about the purchase of this item. 10/10. Would definitely buy from this seller again. Thanks folks. :)
