10/10 happy with my order! I am currently an EMT getting ready to attend a fire academy and needed something reliable and that wouldn’t get outdated too quickly to study/ take notes on as well as other recreational activities. I have had Windows laptops in the past and they have always degraded quickly and gave me numerous issues. I believe the M1 macbook pro is the best value for someone like myself and am really impressed with the price margin for a refurbished laptop that performs like this. I never carry a charger because the battery life is so good and the charger that came was brand new. My only complaint is that the charger does get extremely hot while charging the laptop to the point where it almost feels like it burns my hand and could cause problems but I hear that is normal for this model? Would definitely recommend for a friend

Some people I know will never buy a new car again because deals on used cars are so much better. Now I know that applies to computers. So far, our new (refurbished) Macbook Pro looks and performs great -- and so much cheaper. The buying process was seamless and hassle free. I'll consider going this route again for other items. (The fact that this avoids waste and "throw-away economy" thinking is an added bonus.)

As someone with experience repairing these laptops, I can confidently say this unit is in excellent condition. The battery health is at 92%, the display is flawless, and all ports function perfectly. The only imperfections are a very small hairline scratch on the Apple logo and a tiny chip near one of the feet on the bottom, both of which are barely noticeable. Given the price, this was an amazing deal, and I highly recommend considering refurbished products from Back Market. The overall experience was exceptional—customer service was responsive and helpful, shipping was fast, and the website is well-designed and easy to use. I also traded in my iPad, and while the process is still ongoing, the trade-in value quoted was great. So far, this has been a fantastic purchasing experience, and I will most likely buy from Back Market again in the future. Everything was accurately described. Condition seems to be even better than "good". Only a minor cosmetic scuff on the exterior cover, otherwise it looks new. The Mac is working really well so far.

Was very very skeptical on purchasing a refurbished MacBook but I knew if it wasn’t what I was expecting I could always return it. I am happy to say that I’m very pleased with my new computer, it came with 3 small scratches on the lid but other than that it looks brand new! Also a little added bonus is I received the pro max!

Very rarely do I buy brand new. I’m the type of person that will research a product for a long time based on my needs. My recent purchase is a huge upgrade from my previous 2012 MacBook Pro. I mainly do music production and video production which includes a lot of post production work. I’m also mostly on the move so I needed something that would allow me to do my work while mobile. My 2012 just couldn’t keep up anymore so I needed to upgrade. This M1 MacBook will probably even out perform my 2020 27” iMac. I’m very happy with the product.
