Item arrived quickly and professionally packaged with a very tough custom-sized bubble wrap that encased the entire MacBook. It's in great condition and runs so much faster than my previous 2015 MacBook Pro. Very satisfied with the product and pricing!

The computer shipped very promptly and arrived sooner than I would have expected. It is exactly as described. Cosmetically, it's even better than described. In retrospect I probably should have opted for a larger hard drive as these machines have precious few ports for connecting accessories. What's up with that, Apple? Bottom line is that after two weeks it continues to function perfectly and, overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase

My MacBook Pro is great! Transferring data from my old laptop to new was a breeze. It came almost fully charged and in perfect condition. The battery holds a great charge too. So far so good, and I'm very happy with it. The only issue I have was it was delivered to the neighbor's house next door in the rain and left on the doorstep. I was home at the time and I noticed a UPS truck on the street - then got an email notifying me of the delivery- so I ran over and got it - all worked out. I will certainly order from Back Market again and next time ask for a signature at delivery.

So far it’s been great. Visually it looks brand new. I’m glad I decided to check this place out because it bears even apples own refurbished prices by a lot. Only downside so far is the battery life says it’s at 83% so I’m not sure that the original battery was ever replaced or refurbished. That being said, I would still look here before elsewhere if I’m ever in the market again.

I received this laptop basically brand new, I don’t know what I’d do without Backmarket and all of its refurbishers.

My MacBook Pro M2 late 2022 model came in quickly and looked brand new with the box and charger. I would've never known it was refurbished if no one told me. I definitely recommend buying from Back Market because it is trusted and you also get the 1 year warranty in case something goes wrong.

This is the second time that I've bought a computer from back market. You need to know what's best for your needs. I didn't do my research well enough the first time BUT! that is not on Back Market. I am super happy with my new purchase. And last time, I was too. I got a computer that didn't work and literally I had a replacement in 3 days. It was amazing. Everything went really smoothly this time. They answered quickly when I had questions about getting my trade in sorted out. And I know that my previous computer will find a new home and not wind up adding to the pollution of the planet! This is way better than buying anything new! And you seriously can't tell that it isn't! I intend to continue to buy tech here when I need it.

I bought this MacBook for my best friend for Christmas! It came in the original Apple box and looked brand new!! She loved it. Couldn’t tell it was refurbished. I will buy refurbished from Black Market over a brand new Apple device from here on out! And the shipping was incredibly fast. Got it the next day!

Thrilled with the condition and quality of my purchase. The description was spot on when it said excellent. Came in a sealed Apple OEM box just like it was brand spanking new. I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase. And it was much cheaper and more equipped than the refurbished laptop I purchased and returned to Apple. Thanks Back Market!
