The product as a whole is perfect! For context, I decided to get new earbuds after my 2nd gen Airpods broke. What was holding me back from upgrading however was the price most websites charge for AirPods. Then the stars align in my favor and I find an ad about the Back Market, a website that sells your favorite high brand items while helping the planet (as their products are refurbished). I got these AirPods for $118 which is WAY CHEAPER than brand new yet works exactly the same as if you were to buy them brand new! It's amazing and based on sound quality alone you wouldn't notice a difference between these and the new stuff. My only complain is that there's a few scratches on the inside of the case but it's pretty unnoticeable. Seriously, these are worth the cost. And the fact that you’re also saving the planet is a bonus! (Also, I’ve had them forever about 1-2 months.)

The iPhone 11 Pro Max was delivered in a couple of days. However, as I was setting up the new phone and transferring my data I noticed during setup the screen is not an original Apple screen and the Face ID does not work. Good phone came in great shape though. I will be sending back for a repair.

I love the phone. but when I got it it was not unlocked as it said it was. luckily I lucked out. when I turn the phone on it showed MetroPCS by T-Mobile. so I called MetroPCS by T-Mobile and I told him what my circumstances was they checked it and said it was originally activated under their carrier with MetroPCS by T-Mobile. but they released it or unlocked it for free. buy at your own risk. if you buy a Samsung Galaxy a54 5G or any unlocked phones from another carrier. make sure that you pay attention to the boot animations if it has a carrier animation. keep that in mind cuz you may have to call them and to see if they can release it or unlock it. before I forget to mention here in this review. the unlocking did not cost me anything so I was pretty blessed. thank you back market and MetroPCS for unlocking the phone! and just wanted to mention I ordered the phone in good condition. when I received it the condition of the phone was absolutely no scratches. again thank you! and shipping was also fast again thank you back market! I didn't get any accessories but I might in the future.

Only hang up was the original box I came in. It was a little dirty but that’s to be expected. The charger was also not an official apple charger. Outside of that the AirPods work nicely paired to my phone immediately, bass sounds good which is the most common Hangup I’ve found with refurbished headphones/earbuds, and the AirPods and case themselves were very clean and had all The pieces.

back market is great, just got my iphone 13 pro max, and I got it in a good condition. it had no scratches but the back of the phone had remanufactured in the back of the phone. but the battery is great it had a 99%. and I checked it if it was real and it was. I fully recommend.

The buds are great and in perfect condition, no issue there at all. What I will say is that the buds that came in weren't Galaxy Buds Pro, but Galaxy Buds FE. I researched a bit and decided that it was fine, but I can imagine it might be frustrating if I wanted to get the Pros for a specific reason.

The watch want bad or anything although very interesting packaging for a “Good” rated watch. No scratches, no nothing, it was in perfect condition. But I do have to say that I don’t think that the charger is an actual Apple Watch charger, I was comparing to my Apple Watch series 2 charger and the charger is different. I feel like that the charger that was provided is a ripoff and not an actual Apple Watch charger.

I ordered two Excellent grade Apple Watches (Series SE) September 2022 - Cellular from seller AC4. This review is for the watch that I was very satisfied with. It arrived in perfect condition and had 99% battery health. The other watch was in perfect condition, but I do not know its battery health as I couldn't get it set up. While it was listed as cellular, it is only GPS. I tried to figure out how to contact the seller so they could replace it, but they do not do replacements, only returns. I'll have to return the incorrectly listed item and purchase another watch from another seller. I purchased the watches as birthday presents. My tweens were excited to take them with them for summer vacation so they could keep in touch. I thought contacting the seller would be a quick fix, but since we can not contact them directly to correct the error and Back Market was only refunded, we could not get a new one in time. After trying to figure out why the watch wouldn't connect to my phone, I've learned information that may be helpful to others who are not familiar with Apple watches: 1) (Series SE) September 2022 that have cellular will have a red ring on the watch dial. 2) (Series SE) ...

The iPad is in near perfect condition with just a *slight* bend at the middle. Otherwise, tip top shape! Shipping was super fast. I had a great buying experience and Customer Support was extremely helpful in returning another item. I highly recommend Back Market!!
